| Welding technology is an extremely important basic technology in modern industrial construction.Due to the particularity of its generation process and pollutants themselves,they gather in the space of the working area for a long time and are difficult to eliminate.If they are inhaled by the construction personnel,they will seriously damage the health of the human body and easily suffer from various occupational diseases such as pneumoconiosis So for a variety of operating space welding fume in governance is very important For pumped storage power station underground powerhouse of mechanical and electrical installation period,due to the need for a large number of the equipment installation work,building internal welding construction task is bigger,can produce a large amount of welding fume during And belong to large space of pumped storage power plant,welding fume in it prone to gather,eliminate not easily.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the corresponding research on the welding fume diffusion law and construction ventilation strategy of pumped storage power station during electromechanical installation period.Therefore,this study is based on the actual welding construction of the underground workshop of Weifang Pumped Storage Power Station in Shandong during the electromechanical installation period.Firstly,the relevant research on the diffusion mechanism of welding fume and the treatment measures of welding fume at home and abroad is summarized,and a 1:1 three-dimensional physical model is established.Using the Fluent numerical simulation software,the appropriate numerical calculation model was selected.According to different welding construction conditions,the boundary conditions were set to carry out numerical simulation calculation on the welding fume diffusion and construction ventilation in the workshop.By analyzing the calculation result of ventilation mode and the plant air distribution optimization,get a better welding construction ventilation strategyBy analyzing the results of numerical simulation,obtained the pumped-storage power station mechanical and electrical installation period inside the main building of weld fume diffusion regularity,and finally got through airflow organization research for different welding construction condition of the optimal ventilation strategy.The results show that in the static state without ventilation,the welding fume diffuses in a circular shape with the solder joint as the center in the horizontal direction and in a fan-shaped shape in the vertical direction.The concentration of solder fume in the factory space above 8m from the ground is basically up to standard,and the main control scope should be the human breathing area below 2m from the ground.The concentration of welding fume in the workshop can be gradually reduced by air supply.The concentration of welding fume in the area near the air supply outlet is lower,and the concentration of welding fume in the area far away from the air supply outlet is higher.The air supply outlet is moved down to a position 3m away from the welding construction plane,and the exhaust outlet of the main workshop is moved down to a position 1m away from the ground,and the reasonable arrangement of the wind retaining wall in the tunnel can optimize the air distribution in the workshop and improve the ventilation and purification efficiency.The optimized ventilation strategy can reduce the substandard area of welding fume concentration in the workshop by more than 50% during the welding construction time,and the welding fume gathered in the welding construction area can be eliminated by local purification device.During winter construction,there is a natural thermal pressure difference of about 320 Pa inside and outside the shaft outlet,which is beneficial to the purification of welding fume in the workshop.During summer construction,there is a pressure difference of about-105 Pa inside and outside the shaft outlet,which may lead to ventilation and backfilling,which is not conducive to the elimination of welding fume.When the natural exhaust air can not meet the needs of exhaust air,it is necessary to set up exhaust fans at the shaft exit to carry out mechanical exhaust air. |
