A Case Study On The Active Delisting And Re-listing Of Erzhong Heavy

The important duties of the securities market in China are still to take appropriate time to promote the reform of the registration system.There is an excessive combination system in the registration system as an authorization system,and voluntarily retreats the market,and the improvement of the re listing system has an important significance in the early realization of the registration system in China.The establishment of the repatriation system and the re listing system in China is late.Many related systems are not yet mature.There are not many companies realizing voluntary relocation and re listing in the Chinese securities market.Currently,there are only two companies that realize voluntary deportation in China’s a share market.Only two companies,Erzhong Heavy and Changhang Co.,Ltd,realized the re listing.China’s voluntary market recession rate and relisting rate are both low.Erzhong Heavy is a company voluntarily relocated to the market on the Chinese securities market.In this paper,Erzhong Heavy is an object of the case study,and this case is analyzed by four kinds of research methods.The content of the main body contains three chapters: case background,precedent introduction and precedent analysis.The background part of the case introduces the concept of voluntary cancellation and re listing of enterprises,as well as the development process of voluntary cancellation and re listing of enterprises in China.Finally,we introduce the flow of voluntary market withdrawal and re listing of Listed Companies in China.The part of the introduction mainly describes the basic situation of the Erzhong Heavy,the process of voluntarily leaving the market,the preparation of re listing and the re listing process.The case analysis section analyzes cause analysis,financial situation analysis,and case study method for spontaneous withdrawal and re listing of Erzhong Heavy,and Erzhong Heavy retreats spontaneously from the market,and the company voluntarily withdraws from the market,and the company voluntarily withdraws the market Analyze the business situation in the re listing process and the development trend after the company relisting.Finally,four empirical hints were obtained through analysis.Finally,we conclude this article.Although Erzhong Heavy is not ideal for short term performance after re listing,the results of short-term market performance can not accurately reflect the future development of the company.At present,the voluntary market retreat and relisting system in China are still in the early stages of development,and with the promotion of the reform of the registration system,the voluntary market retreat and the relist of the future company become the mainstream of the Chinese securities market.In addition,we can promote the development of the normalization of voluntary market retreat and relisting of Chinese companies.Based on the contents of the example analysis,the body also hopes that Some related institutions and individuals can provide some relevant measures and proposals for their own development,and to provide a constant reference for them.Promote sustainable health development in our Chinese securities market.
