| With the economy continues to grow,energy is scarce,and the conflicts between energy demand and supply has become increasingly serious,and the energy problem has become an important research topic.In the process of energy consumption,environmental pollution will inevitably occur.How to reduce environmental pollution and improve energy efficiency is a difficult problem to be solved.The "13th Five-Year Plan" period is an important period for Jiangxi to build a green,environmentally friendly,safe and effective energy system.Fully carry out the guiding ideology of General Secretary Xi Jinping and adhere to the development concept of green,coordinated and innovative development is an inescapable requirement for establishing a green and environmentally friendly energy system and realizing a beautiful and prosperous Jiangxi.In this context,studying the total factor energy efficiency of Jiangxi Province,analyzing its temporal and spatial differentiation and influencing factors,has certain practical significance for promoting the coordinated development of economy,energy and environment in Jiangxi Province.Based on the perspective of prefecture-level cities,this article measures the energy efficiency of Jiangxi Province,analyzes its temporal and spatial differentiation characteristics and influencing factors,and provides references for Jiangxi Province to improve total factor energy efficiency and achieve a win-win aim of economic profit and environmental protection.First of all,I sorted out the relevant literature,got familiar with the research in this field,and formed the research thinking of this article.Simultaneously,the definition and theories about energy efficiency are introduced.Secondly,analyzing energy-economy-environment’s current situation in Jiangxi Province and construct a total-factor energy efficiency measurement system in Jiangxi Province.The input variable use energy consumption,the amount of employees and the capital stock,and the output variable select regional production.The total value and undesired output industrial SO2 emissions,using the undesired output super-efficiency SBM(compared with the super-efficiency SBM),measure the energy efficiency of 11 cities between 2009 and 2018 in Jiangxi Province.Then use nuclear density function,Arc GIS technology,coefficient of variation and Gini coefficient to explore the spatial and temporal differentiation regulation of total factor energy efficiency in Jiangxi Province.Then,six major influencing factors such as technological progress are selected,and a Tobit model is constructed to conduct empirical test on the influencing factors of total factor energy efficiency in Jiangxi Province.Finally,summarize the research results of this paper,and give relevant suggestions.The main research conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Compared with the super-efficiency SBM model,the super-efficiency SBM model based on undesired output that fully considers environmental pollution factors can more realistically reflect the actual situation of energy efficiency in Jiangxi Province.(2)From the perspective of time,the overall change trend of energy efficiency of 11 cities in Jiangxi Province between 2009 and 2018 increased first and then decreased,and the difference in total factor energy efficiency of 11 cities showed increased fluctuations The unbalanced characteristics.(3)From the perspective of spatial dimensions,the number of cities in Jiangxi Province in high-efficiency areas with all-factor energy efficiency has decreased,and the number of cities in low-efficiency areas has increased.Among them,Nanchang City,Ganzhou City,and Xinyu City have always been in high-efficiency areas,while Pingxiang City has been in low-efficiency areas.Cities in the medium-efficiency area and low-efficiency area are mainly concentrated in the west and north of Jiangxi,and most of the cities in the high-efficiency zone are located in the east and south of Jiangxi,and are distributed in blocks,showing clear spatial aggregation and " low in the northwest,high in the southeast." Spatial distribution pattern.(4)From the perspective of influencing factors,technological advance and opening to the outside world have an important positive influence on the energy efficiency of Jiangxi Province,and the energy consumption structure and government control have an imporant negative effect on the energy efficiency of Jiangxi Province.The relationship between the level of economic development and industrial structure and the energy efficiency of Jiangxi Province is not significant.Based on the research conclusions,the suggestions put forward in this paper are:(1)Formulate policies based on local conditions to reduce regional differences;(2)Improve coordinated development mechanisms to achieve synergy and efficiency;(3)Strengthen innovation capabilities and scientific research efforts,and promote technological progress;(4)Ameliorate energy consumption structure and prioritize the use of clean energy;(5)Reduce government control and increase the degree of marketization;(6)Broaden opening to the outside world and enlarge development space. |
