| Nowadays,the problem of building energy saving has been widely concerned by people.Traditional building materials have such problems as self-weight,low tensile strength,poor thermal insulation effect and so on.China’s reserves of perlite are relatively rich,the vitrified microspheres made by electric furnace heating have very stable physical and chemical properties,and the vitrified microspheres can improve the fluidity of mortar,reduce the shrinkage of materials,and reduce the comprehensive cost.Its excellent properties enable it to be used in insulation walls.In this paper,through the experiment,In this way,the vitrified microsphere concrete has the advantages of superior mechanical properties and low thermal conductivity,and a new type of vitrified microsphere concrete is formed.The strength of concrete is greatly weakened due to the addition of vitrified microspheres,the addition of steel slag powder,micro silicon powder and other industrial wastes not only improves the mechanical properties of concrete,but also reduces the dosage of cement,which has a positive impact on material saving and environmental protection,and conforms to the national building energy saving standards,so it has a broad application prospect,The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The cube compressive strength,axial compressive strength and elastic modulus of vitrified microsphere concrete were analyzed,and the fitting relationship was fc,d=0.6041fc,c+5.1029、Ec=0.0455 fc,c+0.8724,and R2was all greater than 0.8.(2)For the compressive strength of vitrified microsphere concrete cube,the order of influence of various factors is as follows:water binder ratio、admixture of glass bubbles、content of steel slag powder、the dosage of micro silicon powder、steel fiber content.The optimal combination of factors for the cubic compressive strength is the content of glass bubbles 20%~40%,water binder ratio 0.4,steel fiber content 1.2%,micro silicon powder content 15%,steel slag powder content 10%.(3)The order of influence of various factors on splitting tensile strength of vitrified microsphere concrete is as follows:water binder ratio、admixture of glass bubbles、the dosage of micro silicon powder、steel fiber content、content of steel slag powder.The optimal horizontal combination of factors for splitting tensile strength is the content of glass bubbles 20%,water binder ratio 0.4,steel fiber 1.2%,silicon powder 10%and steel slag powder 10%.(4)The order of influence of various factors on the flexural strength of vitrified microsphere concrete is as follows:admixture of glass bubbles、water binder ratio、content of steel slag powder、the dosage of micro silicon powder、steel fiber content.The optimal combination of factors for the flexural strength is the content of glass bubbles20%,the water-binder ratio 0.4,the content of steel fiber 1.2%,the content of silicon powder 5%and the content of steel slag powder 20%.(5)The thermal conductivity,thermal resistance,heat transfer resistance and heat transfer coefficient of vitrified microsphere concrete are measured and calculated.The thermal conductivity of the vitrified microsphere decreases obviously with the increase of the vitrified microsphere content.When the glass bubbles content is 40%,the thermal conductivity of the vitrified microsphere concrete is 0.99W/(m·K)and the compressive strength is 37.6MPa.The vitrified microsphere concrete not only meets the strength requirements,but also has a better thermal insulation performance than ordinary concrete. |
