| Steel deck pavement is an important stress structure of bridge.It bears the driving load and transmits it to the steel deck.The stress situation is complex and there are many diseases.Most of the steel bridge deck pavement in use now has ruts,displacement,support and other diseases of varying degrees,among which ruts are the most serious,affecting the driving of vehicles.Moreover,the steel deck pavement is connected with the steel deck,and its structural damage changes directly affect the stress of the steel deck,which is more important for the rutting research of the steel deck pavement.At present,most of the researches on the rutting of steel bridge deck pavement stay on the single research of load or temperature,and few couple the two.Therefore,in this paper,the research object is "the pavement of Xiamen second East Passage Project sea crossing bridge".The upper layer is 4cm SMA asphalt mixture,and the lower layer is 3cm cast-in-place asphalt mixture.Firstly,the temperature field of steel bridge pavement is simulated by the finite element software,and then the coupling calculation under the temperature load is brought into the driving load,and the rutting prediction is carried out according to the actual driving situation.Firstly,the mechanical parameters of each material are obtained by referring to the relevant literature.Using ABAQUS finite element software,the rutting plate model of single structure layer and composite structure is established,and the rebound simulation under load is carried out.It is found that the material deformation almost completely recovers when the load is applied for 0.1s and the load is unloaded for 0.9s.Compared with the actual rutting test results,it is found that the gap between the results is very small,which shows that the model can be applied to rutting simulation.Then,the local bridge model is established,and the temperature field of the local bridge is simulated by subroutine flux and film combined with the temperature data.The temperature distribution characteristics of the steel bridge deck pavement in each month are obtained,and August is selected as the most unfavorable season.Finally,the temperature field results are added to the local bridge model as the initial field,and the traffic flow is converted,the driving load is applied,and the rutting under the condition of continuous temperature change and constant temperature is simulated and calculated,and the rutting effect law with the load size,action position,pavement structure combination and temperature is obtained.The rutting prediction of steel bridge deck pavement in each month is carried out,and the rutting prediction formula is listed,which can provide reference for the bridge to adopt different load limit and maintenance according to different temperature in actual use. |
