| The geological conditions for the construction of roads in mountainous areas are generally different from those of other areas.When constructing roads in mountainous areas,local geological conditions are generally considered.Because the geology of the mountainous areas is generally uneven,the height difference between the mountains is relatively large,and the soil properties between the strata are not too good and the geological conditions are more complicated.Therefore,when the highway is built in a mountainous area,there will be many problems that are difficult to solve.Especially in the case of complex geological conditions,in order to reduce the capital investment in the site leveling and earthwork handling,but also to reduce the cost of the entire project.It is often necessary to set up the retaining structure to reduce the investment in engineering cost and ultimately ensure the stability of the subgrade slope.This paper relies on the disposal plan of the special road section of K159+322~K159+436 in the Hetian-Kangxi highway project of G580 line.The support structure of the special section of the mountain highway(pile base retaining wall)is applied to the subgrade slope engineering.Before the research on the design of the retaining structure,the main supporting structure types of the mountainous expressway should be introduced firstly,and the mechanical characteristics of the retaining structure should be mainly understood.Secondly,the design of the supporting structure of the special section should be designed and compared.The optimal design scheme is adopted.The finite element numerical analysis software MIDAS/NX is used to simulate the design optimization scheme of the special section support structure(pile foundation retaining wall)of mountain highway and analyze the result.Finally,the designed branch is designed.The block structure design is studied in engineering applications.The main research results are as follows:(1)Six conventional support structure forms: reinforced earth retaining wall,pile foundation retaining wall,gravity retaining wall,anchor retaining wall,anchor plate retaining wall,pile plate retaining wall.From five aspects: structural structure form,main force characteristics,difficulty in construction process,applicability of support structure and economical aspects,respectively,the final selection of pile foundation retaining wall and anchor retaining wall It is in the form of a special section of the mountain highway.(2)The two types of retaining structures selected for the design of the retaining structure of the special section of the mountain highway are: pile foundation retaining wall and anchor retaining wall.The preliminary design and analysis are carried out from the above four aspects: the type and characteristics of the retaining structure,the principle of the supporting structure,the load distribution,the structural design of the supporting structure,the construction process of the supporting structure and related precautions.The pile foundation retaining wall is used as a supporting structure for the special section of the mountain highway.(3)According to the finite element numerical simulation software MIDAS / NX,the structure of the pile foundation retaining wall is optimized under different working conditions.The finite element numerical simulation analysis shows that with the pile foundation retaining wall bearing The increase of the thickness of the table and the length of the pile foundation can be concluded that the displacement of the structure and the internal stress of the structure of the pile foundation retaining wall are gradually reduced.With the increase of the height of the wall of the pile foundation retaining wall,the displacement caused by the structure and the internal stress of the structure gradually increase.Therefore,it is concluded that in the design process of the pile foundation retaining wall structure,the structural safety can be ensured by increasing the thickness of the cap and the length of the pile.(4)According to the overview of the project,the design of the retaining structure of the special section is designed.At the same time,the structural design and calculation analysis results of the retaining wall of the retaining structure of the special section of the mountain expressway can be seen,and the existing engineering geological conditions of the reference project are supported.Finally,the structural dimensions of the pile foundation retaining wall are as follows: the height of the retaining wall is 12 m,the thickness of the platform is 1.5m,and the length of the pile is 14 meters.After checking the results,the results are in line with the relevant requirements in the Code for Design of Foundations and Foundations of Highway Bridges and Culverts. |
