With the continuous development of urbanization,the urban population increasing,the city ground traffic pressure increases,the growing between urban traffic and urban traffic and the contradiction between the people’s living standard is more and more sharp,in order to slow down the city traffic problem,and better handle transportation between cities,the tunnel has played a vital role.Based on the tunnel project of Changhe Avenue Extension project(Chuangyue Ming Great Wall section)in Binhe New District,Yinchuan,this paper USES ABAQUS to conduct equivalent numerical simulation of each excavation method and support scheme,and then conducts co MParative analysis.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:①This paper summarizes the previous research on the tunnel underpass cultural relics,historic sites and buildings,and summarizes the research of many scholars on the tunnel advance support.The latest specification puts forward the horizontal rotary shotcrete support in tunnel,so this kind of support method is also adopted in this paper,and the research of other scholars is summarized;②This article will use extension project of tunnel engineering in binhe district of yinchuan long river street to simulate the formation and support plan and parameters of geological exploration,the formation and supporting parameters unchanged in the process of simulation,using different methods of excavation and excavation,in order to find the most suitable excavation method in this paper,based on project for,consider double wall pilot tunnel method for the purpose of this article based on engineering optimal;③Intends to use double wall method of pilot tunnel excavation,set up three different support scheme,then using ABAQUS to establish and extend binhe district of yinchuan long river street project equivalent model of tunnel engineering,through analysis to meet the requirements of safety and economy of supporting schemes,considered support scheme(21 interpolation steel pipe+50cm lining+I20b)for the purpose of this article based on engineering optimal;④In order to verify the above conclusions and ensure the safety requirements in the construction process,the detailed design and construction scheme and monitoring analysis are conducted,and the monitoring data are co MPared with the numerical simulation results of the tunnel excavated by the excavation method and support scheme we finally get,so as to verify the accuracy and reliability of our simulation;⑤In the simulation of the three excavation methods and the three support schemes,the maximum longitudinal deformation of the formation is located at the palm of the right hole,so the stability of the palm should be paid special attention to during the excavation.And the simulation results of the three support schemes all agree that the influence of tunnel excavation on the lateral displacement of the ancient Great Wall is relatively small co MPared with that of the other two directions;⑥The maximum shear stress of scheme 2 is 1.30%less than that of scheme 1,and the maximum shear stress of scheme 3 is 4.05%less than that of scheme 1.It can be seen that the inserted steel pipe can not only reduce the vertical deformation of the horizontal rotary-jet grouting pile,but also enhance the shear strength of the horizontal rotary-jet grouting pile.
