The development of bridges in our country is in a state of rapid change,and the focus of its work has shifted from new construction to an era of equal emphasis on construction and maintenance.In the cable replacement process of the maintenance work of the cable-stayed bridge in the past,the common fully enclosed construction has increasingly affected the lives of residents.Therefore,there is an urgent need to continue the cable replacement construction under traffic conditions.At the same time,the optimization and adjustment of cable strength under this condition will become a problem.How to complete the cable replacement safely and reasonably,and solve the problem of cable force optimization and adjustment,this paper relies on the cable replacement project of a cable-stayed bridge,using finite element analysis software as a tool,around the determination of the cable replacement program,and the bridge after the cable replacement The solution of cable force and the optimization of cable force during the cable replacement process mainly carried out the following work:(1)Summarize the research status of cable replacement and cable force calculation of cable-stayed bridges at home and abroad,and determine the cable force calculation method needed in this paper.(2)Determine the cable-changing plan of the cable-stayed bridge.Based on this cable-changing plan,analyze the impact of the vehicle load on the cable-changing of the cable-stayed bridge and determine that the cable-changing construction can be carried out without interrupting the traffic.(3)According to the determined calculation method of the cable force after the cable replacement,different methods are used to calculate the cable force after the cable replacement.After comparing and analyzing the calculation results,it is found that a combination of methods can be used to determine a reasonable set of bridge cable force.(4)Add the vehicle load as a static load to the finite element model,and then obtain the optimized calculated cable force under the influence of the vehicle load,and use the cable force after bridge replacement as the target cable force to find the cable force After influencing the matrix and the cable force deviation,the Gaussian elimination method is used to solve the incremental adjustment value of the cable force of the whole bridge.After the incremental adjustment value of the cable force and the optimized calculated cable force are superimposed,it is the cable at each phase of cable replacement construction force.(5)Analysis of the effect after changing the cable shows that through the optimization adjustment of the cable force during the cable replacement process,the linear adjustment of the cable-stayed bridge can be achieved without interrupting the traffic conditions.The calculation results in this paper show that by optimizing and adjusting the cable forces during cable replacement of cable-stayed bridges,the line shape of the deck basically reaches the state of bridge formation after cable replacement.All the parameters of the bridge during cable replacement meet the requirements of the code and the structure is safe and stable.Therefore,this paper proposes a cable force optimization method based on the cable-changing process of the cable-stayed bridge without interrupting traffic.This method has certain engineering application value for similar practical problems. |
