Research On The Design Of Co-working Space Based On The Background Of Crowd Creation

Since the country put forward the slogan of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,tens of thousands of university graduates have joined the army of entrepreneurship,thus opening up the era of mass innovation in our country.As a product of the new era,the joint office space came into being and developed rapidly.The rapid development of the joint office space also revealed some problems.First of all,there is a relatively simple profit-making method in the business model,for example,blindly pursuing too many work stations to make a profit with rent.Secondly,most of the space design focuses on imitating foreign excellent cases.Without designing the space according to China’s national conditions and the needs of entrepreneurs,there are few excellent domestic office spaces.In addition,the emergence of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic in 2020(hereinafter referred to as the "new crown epidemic")will have a huge impact on various industries,and also put forward new requirements for joint office space.How to deal with the current situation and how to create an ideal office space in the future world is worthy of everyone’s deep consideration,and it is also a question that the author thinks about.This article hopes to provide some theoretical support for the development of subsequent joint office space through the study of joint office space.This article takes the joint office space as the main research content.By consulting the literature and other methods,it first explains the background and significance of the topic,that is,the analysis of the background of the era of crowd creation.To understand the current research situation at home and abroad by reading relevant literature,and then to elaborate on the relevant concepts of co-working space,including the era background of crowd creation,various reasons for co-working space,and the relationship between co-working space and traditional office space Difference,it is proposed that the location of the joint office space is diversified,the space model is flexible,and the office space should be considered from the perspective of the user and the user.This article finally intends to conclude that the space composition of the joint office space should have three spaces: office space,shared space and auxiliary space.In the space design strategy,it should have space integrity,space flexibility,and space modularity.This design strategy is helpful for the establishment of enterprise recognition.Finally,the space design is carried out through plane layout,design concept and space design in combination with the field project that the author participated in.
