| In this paper,a CFD simulation analysis of a supersonic rocket skid is conducted to study the aerodynamic excitation vibration and its characteristics caused by the rocket skid and orbital shock wave reflection, vortex shedding, etc.,and provide aerodynamic theory for the design of supersonic rocket skid vibration reduction.First, the validation was performed with respect to the wind tunnel test of the slender spine in the NASA Langley Unified Plan wind tunnel, and the correctness of the numerical method used in this paper was verified.Based on this, the supersonic operating conditions of the rocket skid test system were numerically studied. The aerodynamic characteristics of the steady flow field of the supersonic rocket skid were analyzed. The research found that the shock wave generated in the rocket skid head increased with the velocity of the advancing flow. The cone angle decreases and the shock pressure increases rapidly, but the size of the area affected by the shock waves and shock waves is small. The different diameters, heights of the ground and the position of the sliders of the rocket sled body have a small effect on the shock angle and the position of the shock, and have a certain impact on the shock pressure. The change of the elongation of the head cone will cause the head shock and the shock generated by the front slider to no longer intersect, and the shock pressure will increase at the same time.Secondly,a numerical wind tunnel calculation method using an unsteady algorithm was used to study the flow field of the supersonic rocket skid.By detecting the pressure change at the tail of the rocket skid,it was found that there was no large-scale vortex shedding at the tail of the supersonic rocket skid. Therefore,it is inferred that the aerodynamic excitation vibration of the rocket skid flow field mainly comes from the shock oscillation during the rocket skid sliding. Finally, the nested grid method is used to calculate the flow field of the rocket skid during supersonic motion. The pressure on the surface of the rocket skid is analyzed and analyzed using the power spectrum. |
