The application of integrated fire/flight control technology can greatly improve the agility and combat effectiveness of armed helicopters.In view of the application prospects of air-to-ground bombing operations of armed helicopters,this article takes the Blackhawk MH-60 K armed helicopter and FT-5 precision guided bomb as research examples to carry out research on the precise delivery control technology of armed helicopters’ guided bombs.Firstly,based on the structural parameters of the gunship and guided bombs and wind tunnel experimental data,combined with their structural characteristics,a full nonlinear flight dynamics model of the armed helicopter and precision guided bomb was established and linearized using small disturbance theory processing,and then a step response was made and analyzed of the guided bomb.Secondly,according to the coupling and robustness requirements of the armed helicopter,a robust attitude inner loop controller and a trajectory outer loop controller based on classical control theory and nonlinear guidance law are designed.Considering with the bomb damage and ballistic accuracy preset indexes,the robust guidance law of the guided bomb was designed based on the performance criteria and footing constraints,and the anti-jamming controller of the guided bomb was made using the auto-disturbance control theory and sliding mode variable structure control theory.Thirdly,the characteristics of the sky-to-ground combat of the armed helicopter,as well as the combat scenario and combat profile were analyzed.The variable-step search strategy was used to calculate the guided bomb launch zone and obtain the best launch status.And then,an attack route planning method based on an improved algorithm is proposed.Finally,an accurate launch control system for the guided bombs of the armed helicopter is designed and constructed.By establishing a frontal attack equation for air-to-ground attack,the paper solved the fire control problem through a fire/flight coupler,made the armed helicopter quickly and accurately reach the course and range targeting,and realized automatic weapon launch.The simulation results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
