Abstract/Summary:
High power is the development trend of the motor industry.Multi-phase motors bring the vitality to the high power and play a important role in some places with high reliability requirements such as marine propulsion power systems and electric locomotives.It also has advantages such as lower torque ripple and lower eddy current losses.However,the analysis of multi-phase motors is relatively more complicated.This paper based on the dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor(DTPPMSM)which is currently more popularly researched and the main jobs are done as follows:First,based on the analysis of the spatial structure and winding distribution of the DTP-Motors,the mathematical model in the stationary coordinate system is constructed.Then the six-dimensional vector transformation matrix is derived and the the mathematical model in rotation coordinate is established to serve for the following researches.What’s more,the magnetic force characteristics of the DTP-Motors are studied,and the characteristics of the harmonic magnetic force of the three-phase motors and the DTP-Motors are compared to explain the advantages of the DTP-Motors in torque performance.Secondly,the space voltage vectors of the DTP-Motors are derived and classified in detail.The characteristics,implementation principles,and maximum linear voltage modulation ranges of the twovector SVPWM algorithm,the four-vector SVPWM algorithm,and the three-phase decoupled PWM algorithm are analyzed.Simulation models are established to verify these modulation algorithms and their advantages and disadvantages are summarized.Then,a detailed analysis of the DTP-Motors control strategy based on the double d-q coordinate transformation is carried out,and one full decoupling control strategie is proposed.Besides,one sensorless control strategy of DTP PMSM based on sliding mode observer and PLL based on is designed,which has a position compensation loop to correct the rotor position error.Simulations are done to verify the effectiveness of the stuied srategies.Finally,based on the TMS320F28337 D control chip,a set of DTP-PMSM hardware drive platform was set up and introduced in detail.Through a DTP permanent magnet test prototype with two neutral points isolation,the modulation and control strategies studied above were respectively experimented was which proves the feasibility of the researches in this paper.
