| With the development of aerospace vehicles to high-speed,large-scale and light weight,the vibration and noise problems are becoming more and more serious,which has become one of the important factors restricting the improvement of China’s major equipment performance.As a new and efficient wave control technology,the acoustic black holes are widely used in vibration control of beam and plate structures.However,the traditional acoustic black hole structures have many shortcomings,such as weak local strength and stiffness,large feature size and high effective frequency,which limit the further application and promotion of acoustical black hole technology.A new type of acoustic black hole damping(ABHD)absorber based on the acoustic black hole wave control method and the principle of dynamic vibration absorber is designed for the vibration control of box-type structure.By optimizing the design of ABHD absorbers at different positions in the middle of upper and lower main beams,the vibration reduction effect of the full-band can be achieved without changing the strength and stiffness of the main structure.The main contributions of this paper include:(1)The design method of the ABHD absorber is proposed,and the mechanism of vibration reduction is analyzed.By analyzing the static and dynamic characteristics of the box-type structure with ABHD absorber,the excellent statics and damping performance of the ABHD absorber are verified.It effectively widens the application range of acoustic black hole,increases the engineering application value of acoustic black holes,and provides a new method for vibration control of box-type structures.(2)The effects of geometric parameters,material parameters and the number of ABHD absorber on the energy accumulation efficiency and damping level are studied.By summarizing the influence of the parameters of the ABHD absorber on the vibration reduction effect of the box structure,the optimal design method of the ABHD absorber is proposed.(3)The design method of full-band vibration control is proposed.The results show that the ABHD absorber efficiently combines the wave control technology with dynamic vibration absorption,which has the advantages of lighter mass,bandwidth,good low-frequency effect,simple parameter and high control robustness. |
