In order to reduce the vibration of the vehicle system caused by the road excitation,according to the vibration characteristics of the actual system,an eccentric quasi zero stiffness vibration isolation system is designed.The system has the characteristics of unsymmetrical vibration,it can maintain the dynamic characteristics of the normal quasi zero stiffness vibration isolator with high static and low dynamic,and has a larger range of one side motion,so it has a better dynamic performance for the vehicle mounted system with limited installation space.Firstly,the dynamic model of asymmetric quasi zero stiffness system is established by Lagrange method,and the force displacement relationship and the corresponding stiffness displacement relationship are obtained respectively.Secondly,the harmonic balance method is used to the vibration isolation system dynamic analysis,the approximate response solution of the system is obtained,and the amplitude frequency response and stability of the vibration isolation system are analyzed,obtaining the stability conditions of the system.Furthermore,the test platform of asymmetric quasi zero stiffness vibration isolation system is established to verify the theoretical analysis results.The results show that,compared with the corresponding linear vibration isolator,the designed eccentric quasi zero stiffness vibration isolation system has a wider vibration isolation frequency range,and the vibration isolation effect in the effective vibration isolation frequency range is better than the traditional linear system.Finally,the design of the eccentric quasi zero stiffness isolator is applied to the vibration isolation research of the vehicle system.According to the main structural parameters of the actual vehicle system,the dynamic equation of the multi-degree of freedom vibration isolation system is established,and the dynamic simulation analysis of the system is carried out.The results show that,comparing with the traditional linear vibration isolation system,under the same external excitation condition,the response peak value of the eccentric quasi zero stiffness vibration isolation system is relatively low,and the vibration isolation performance is superior.
