Pipeline scaling phenomenon is serious in industrial production,how to effectively remove and prevent scaling is particularly important.As the core equipment of ultrasonic scale removal system,the magnetostrictive transducer can be fully utilized to determine the working efficiency of the scale removal system,in the same way,the quality of driving signal is directly related to the energy conversion efficiency of the transducer.By analyzing the domain deflection theory of magnetostrictive transducer,the phenomenon of frequency doubling and the numerical simulation analysis of hysteresis nonlinearity,a new transducer driving signal is proposed,the driving signal has the ability to reduce the magnetic domain inertia and eliminate the phenomenon of frequency doubling.To verify that the drive signal is superior to other signals,firstly,the influence of the driving signal on the optimal resonant frequency of the transducer is experimented,the results show that the optimal resonant frequency of the transducer is not affected by the driving signal,based on this,the influence of various driving signals on the output amplitude of the transducer is experimented,the driving efficiency of the new driving signal is better than that of other driving signals.According to the new driving signal of the transducer,a simple ultrasonic scale removal system of high power magnetostrictive transducer for industrial use is designed.The system includes hardware circuit design and software design,hardware circuit includes STM32 minimum system,crystal oscillator circuit,reset circuit,signal source circuit,signal adjustment circuit,protection circuit,drive circuit,chopper circuit,IGBT signal drive circuit,frequency modulation circuit,digital tube display module circuit,power supply circuit,the signal adjustment and protection circuit is simulated by Multisim software to verify its feasibility.The software design includes the overall control process task of the system,the generation task of the square wave signal source,the display frequency task of the digital tube and the frequency adjustment task,finally,the system runs stably by building the hardware circuit and continuously writing the program for debugging,the measurement of current value shows that the ultrasonic descaling system designed based on the new drive signal can effectively enhance the output power of the magnetostrictive transducer,it also shows the superiority of the system,at last,the problems that have not been perfected in the system design process are summarized,and the corresponding modification opinions are put forward.
