| The modern bamboo structures have been widely used in architectural structures.In this paper,the shear resistance of the connection between the bamboo plywood and the steel plate bolt will be studied.Firstly,3 compressive strength,3 shear strength and 12 elastic constants of bamboo curtain plywood will be tested and modified by compressive strength test,shear strength test,electrical measurement and three-point bending test.Secondly,through shear tests of 15 groups of single-bolt connection joint and 5 groups of multi-bolt connection joint,the bolt performance grade,bolt diameter,end distance and middle distance will be studied.Finally,the ABAQUS finite element simulation will be carried out for single-bolt and multi-bolt joints.Meanwhile,the bearing capacity,stress distribution and load-displacement curve will be analyzed according to the comparison between the finite element results and the experiment results.Through the above research,the main results of this paper are summarized as follows:(1)Bamboo plywood is an orthotropic material.Its longitudinal(X-direction),transverse(Y-direction)compressive strength and shear strength?xy can reach 60.02 MPa,55.11 MPa and 19.17MPa respectively,and its performance is stable.(2)For the bamboo curtain plywood used in this paper,when the bolt grade reaches 8.8,the bolt diameter reaches 10 mm,and the end distance reaches 4d(d is the bolt diameter),the bearing capacity of single bolt connection node tends to be stable.In addition,the continuous improvement of bolt grade,bolt diameter and end distance has no obvious effect on the bearing capacity.(3)When the middle distance of bamboo curtain plywood reaches 5d,the bearing capacity of the multi-bolt joint tends to be stable.On this basis,the continuous increase of the middle distance has no obvious effect on the bearing capacity.(4)The main failure modes of the double shear connection of single-bolt and multi-bolt joint are pressure failure of the middle member(hereinafter referred to as Im).And the failure forms of bamboo curtain plywood are mainly shear failure and hole wall pressure failure.(5)The finite element simulation can well reflect the bearing capacity of bolted joints and verify the rationality of the finite element simulation.The ultimate bearing capacity calculated by the finite element method is almost the same as the test value,but the calculated yield load is larger than the test value. |
