The frequent occurrence of various natural disasters in China has caused great damage to road traffic,and the establishment of a complete road traffic rescue system is an important means of saving people’s lives and property losses.The emergency rescue system focuses on drills,but under the conditions that the real drill environment is not easy to build or costly,it is imperative to drill the rescue team by creating a three-dimensional virtual scene of emergency road emergency rescue.This article starts from the practical application of 3D scenes,combined with the application of virtual reality technology,GIS(Geographic Information System)technology and digital elevation models,to create a 3D virtual scene of emergency road emergency rescue,to achieve emergency road emergency rescue equipment and road emergency rescue scenarios under disaster conditions Simulation,which in turn provides a demonstration environment for actual rescue.The main work completed in this paper is as follows:(1)The method of acquiring the basic geographic data,digital elevation model and remote sensing image data needed to create terrain is studied,and a three-dimensional virtual terrain is created based on Unity3 D and Arc Scene,respectively.(2)Based on OpenGL and 3ds Max,respectively,the road emergency equipment was modeled,and the commonly used equipment model was converted to Multi Patch data format and imported into ArcGIS.The matching problem between the 3D terrain and the 3D terrain model is studied,and a reasonable superposition of the 3D terrain scene and the equipment model is realized.(3)Researched the creation method of 3D virtual environment of natural disasters such as earthquake,fire and flood,and used active submergence analysis algorithm to realize the dynamic simulation of the process of flooding scene.(4)Completion of the construction of a three-dimensional virtual scene of emergency road emergency access under disaster conditions,and the realization of functions such as three-dimensional model editing,multi-view three-dimensional environment roaming,disaster environment simulation and dynamic demonstration of passing process.On this basis,the mobile terminal APP for road emergency emergency 3D virtual scene based on Android system is designed.The development of three-dimensional virtual scene creation software for road emergency rescue can lay the foundation for the development of disaster scene demonstration and disaster prediction systems,and has important practical significance for improving the rescue efficiency of rescuers.It can also provide disaster emergency decision-making and implementation Technical reference.
