With the continued development of economy,incremental launching method is more and more widely applied in the construction of bridge engineering.This thesis,which is based on literature review and Jianke road to Fangwan Street project in Suzhou,study on the design scheme of incremental launching equipments system,key construction technology,structural simulation analysis and construction monitor.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)This thesis put forward a design of the incremental launching construction system which is aim to achieved the goal of integral assembly and one push in place,described the structural design of each part of the incremental launching construction system,focus on key construction methods and parameters of incremental launching brackets,assembling brackets,jacks,etc.The influence of design parameters of guide beam structure was studied.(2)The incremental launching construction process,which is include whole bridge part and the substructure part,is analyzed by finite element analysis software.The results show that all parts of the incremental launching construction system can ensure the safe completion of the construction.(3)Through finite element simulation,the structural weakness of the box girder in the original design was found by analyzing the local beam section under key working conditions,and an effective optimization design was proposed.(4)Based on the finite element analysis above,this thesis studies the influence of error parameters in the construction process on the stress of the girder.The thesis studies the influence of construction displacement errors,steel structure self-weight error on the main structure of the bridge during construction and completion state.The proposed control threshold of construction displacement error is determined in this part.(5)This thesis compile the stress and displacement monitoring scheme of the incremental launching construction system,executing scheme and analyze the monitoring data,according to the finite element analysis results.The data show that there are some deviations between the theoretical value and the actual monitoring value,but the overall trend is the same and the stress envelope size is similar.The results show that the beam is in a safe state during the construction process,and the construction scheme is feasible.
