In recent years,analysis of seismic survey reports of countries around the world has found that the proportion of casualties and economic losses caused by damage to non-structural components of buildings in the earthquake has continuously increased.The anti-seismic support and hanger system plays a vital role in the anti-seismic construction of buildings,and there are still many shortcomings in its performance research in China,especially the optimization design and on-site detection technology are still blank.Based on a large number of test data and finite element simulation,this paper has carried out a series of optimized design and research on seismic support hanger around the goal of optimal design of building seismic support hanger performance and new field detection method.The main work is as follows:(1)Based on a large number of actual engineering projects,using finite element software calculation and analysis,the distribution of the natural vibration period of the anti-seismic support hanger was statistically calculated.Based on this,the applicability,advantages and disadvantages of the calculation methods of earthquake action such as equivalent lateral force method,time history analysis method,floor response spectrum method,etc.are compared.And by introducing the concept of dynamic amplification factor and the bottom shear method for building structure seismic force calculation,the bottom shear method suitable for seismic force calculation of seismic support hanger system is further proposed.(2)In this paper,the failure test of the seismic connection of the single manufacturer’s seismic support hanger and the performance of the multi-manufacturer seismic support hanger are compared,and the damage mechanism and reasonable stress form of the seismic support hanger’s seismic connection member are investigated,which provides an accurate basis for the optimal design of seismic connection members of seismic support hangers.Based on the comparison between the finite element software ANSYS workbench and the test results,the weak parts of the seismic connection members were explored.And then,this paper gives some suggestions for the optimization of seismic connection members(3)In view of the current pain point of the industry that the current detection method cannot resist seismic support hangers to achieve on-site mechanical performance testing,an on-site seismic performance detection device for seismic support hanger systems was designed,which can achieve the detection of site seismic performance Seismic hanger system.At the same time,Solidworks software is used to perform finite element analysis and simulation on the on-site detection device of the seismic support hanger to ensure that the strength and rigidity of the detection device meet the requirements under the most unfavorable conditions.Finally,the actual engineering inspection of the on-site detection device for seismic support and hanger was carried out.The seismic performance of six sets of anti-seismic support and hanger systems with different sizes and bearing capacity was tested to verify that the on-site detection device has good engineering practicability.
