| Car ownership will have a direct or indirect impact on the economy. The increase in car ownership means that residents would buy cars. When residents buy cars, their direct consumption will directly boost GDP.In addition, they will pay taxes, insurance premiums and so on when they buy cars. These fees also have a direct impact on the economy.Car ownership also has an indirect impact on the economy, consumers will pay for car beauty, car repair services and so on.These expenditures cost a huge amount of money, which have a great indirect impact on the economy every year, and increase more and more stable employment opportunities.Beijing Tianjin Hebei region is an important economic region in the north. The geographical location of Beijing Tianjin Hebei region is similar, but the degree of economic development is different. The resources, population and other factors are different. This paper selects the car ownership in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei to analyzes the data of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei from 1995 to 2019 based on the six Influencing Indicators: the length of urban roads, steel output, fixed investment in the secondary industry, population at the end of the year, per capita GDP and crude oil consumption.Firstly, the missing values are filled by random forest, and then the VAR model is established to compare the impact of these six factors on Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei to compare the impact and contribution of these factors to each region. The main conclusions are as follows: the contribution of urban road length to car ownership in Beijing is less than that in Tianjin and Hebei. The results show that the length of urban roads in Tianjin and Hebei has a positive impact on car ownership;the contribution of steel production to car ownership in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region is higher than that of fixed investment in the secondary industry, and the steel production has a positive impact on car ownership in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region;the overall crude oil consumption has a positive impact on car ownership;the per capita GDP in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region is higher than that in other regions The contribution to car ownership is higher and higher than that of the population at the end of the year. The per capita GDP of Beijing Tianjin Hebei region has a positive impact on car ownership. Then the regression tree is used to model, with car ownership as label, with urban road length, steel output, fixed investment in the secondary industry, population at the end of the year, and per capita GDP as characteristics.Compared with Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,it is found that per capita GDP is the most important feature in the process of establishing regression tree.Based on the above analysis and conclusions, this paper puts forward some suggestions, such as improving the welfare of residents, improving the length and quality of urban roads, rationally using crude oil, steel and other resources, and stabilizing the rent and prices. |
