| China is in the critical process of moving from a fundamental manufacturing country to an innovative manufacturing country,which also makes the railway vehicle enterprises have higher requirements for vehicle assembly process quality inspection.At present time,the most common method of rivet assembly in freight train is to test the quantity,position and quality of rivet by manual visual inspection.This method almost completely depends on the operator’s experience and technology,so not only the operation efficiency is low,also can’t ensure that each rivet meets the riveting qualified standards,and will cause hidden trouble to the driving safety.How to ensure in the riveting can not only detect whether the riveting quality is qualified,and identify the rivet position is very critical.The riveting quality management,to prevent leakage of riveting happens is of great significance.In this way,a quality inspection database related to the position information of each riveting point in the process of vehicle manufacturing can be established,which can provide a query basis for product quality backtracking and an effective technical guarantee for vehicle traffic safety.Starting from the application of fasteners in vehicle production and manufacturing,this thesis introduces the status current rivet position identification technology domestic and overseas,summarizes the application and the equipments of the UWB positioning domestic and overseas.Taking the riveting process quality of the brake system lever system on the bottom frame of C80 wagon which affects the driving safety as the research object,the overall design of the intelligent riveting system with spatial positioning function is proposed,and the structure and working principle of each component of the intelligent riveting system are described.Positioning accuracy is an important performance index of spatial positioning system.This thesis analyzes three kinds of mathematical principles based on TDOA positioning algorithm,using MATLAB software to build the positioning system model,the three localization algorithms of positioning data obtained has carried on the simulation,and compares the calculation precision of them.According to the simulation results,the Chan algorithm is selected as the location algorithm of intelligent detection riveting system.Based on the LabVIEW development platform,the system software is written in this thesis to realize the detection quality detection judgment and spatial positioning analysis.And this thesis puts forward the design scheme of system communication protocol based on UDP,call and display three-dimensional model scheme,based on the Access database function solutions and other features,and designs the man-machine interface of the system,the interface has the rivet publish or perish type selection function.Finally,the field test of spatial positioning module was carried out in the brake system assembly station.The field test including UWB positioning equipment and intelligent detection riveting system based on UWB positioning technology w ere completed.Field test results show that the intelligent detection rivet system designed in this thesis can identify the rivet position while checking whether the rivet quality is qualified.The development of this system provides a feasible scheme for factories to realize intelligent manufacturing. |
