| With the rapid development of China’s high-speed railway in the direction of intelligence,the train operation control system is constantly being updated and improved while showing its importance.To ensure that the system is designed,constructed,commissioned,operated,maintained and trained in order to improve the quality and efficiency as much as possible during the entire life cycle,it is necessary to constantly innovate the technical management methods at each cycle stage to adapt to the current development direction of advanced technology.The 3D simulation technology is gradually becoming mature and widely used.Its good 3D visibility,scalability,and reusability can make up for a series of problems that appear in the life cycle of the current control system,such as the unintuitiveness of traditional 2D engineering design drawings,the inconvenience of relying on field testing,the insecurity of outdoor maintenance work and the difficulty of practical training and education.Therefore,this thesis combines 3D simulation technology with train operation control system and develops train running 3D simulation system based on Unity3 D.This thesis takes the equipment composition and principle of the CTCS-3 train operation control system as the theoretical basis,3D simulation technology as the key technical support and uses 3ds Max modeling software and the Unity3 D engine as development tools to achieve 3D train operation simulation for the user,function,and performance requirements of the three-dimensional system and obtain the overall architecture and overall communication interface design of the system.After combing the system development process,finally realize the three-dimensional replay of train operation scenarios,the functional verification test of the train control system,and equipment training Multi-user oriented 3D simulation system with integrated functions.The main work of the thesis is as follows:1.3ds Max establishes the system model.Determine the modeling objects of the 3D train operation scene,collect relevant graphic data,analyze the internal and external structure of the model,use 3ds Max modeling software,select the appropriate modeling method,and create models for the outdoor signal equipment,train equipment,and infrastructure in the section.The constraint relationship between the model’s fineness and the system performance is measured and the optimization method of streamlining the number of faces,the number of the model and the amount of maps is adopted.2.Unity3 D engine for system development.The system research focuses on three modules: scene loading,3D train operation simulation and equipment learning.Realize automatic layout of outdoor signal equipment,line environment layout,dynamic loading of terrain blocks,and dynamic switching of meteorological conditions.Through data communication with the CTC and ATP subsystems of the train control system,the 3D real-time monitoring function of the CTC subsystem and Human driving function under ATP subsystem overspeed protection,as well as roaming cognition and principle learning functions related to equipment training.3.3D simulation system test.With the help of the test environment of the CTCS-3train control simulation system in the laboratory,test cases for the main functions are written,and the functional test of the 3D simulation system and its running results are displayed.The development of the train running 3D simulation system realized the reality to virtual reality,realistic 3D scene construction,and 3D visualization of 2D engineering design,making it easier for engineering technicians to make more realistic design schemes;dynamic behavior of real equipment simulation provides the possibility to assist the completion of the verification test train control system.The three-dimensional display of the equipment status can help equipment maintenance personnel to quickly and intuitively troubleshoot the fault.The training of three-dimensional simulation equipment is conducive to solving the problem of disconnection between theory and practice. |
