With the increasing of urban scale and the increasing of urban population and car ownership in China,the pressure of existing road traffic is increasing,so it is urgent to improve the public transport capacity of the city.Suspension monorail has unique advantages and will become one of the key urban rail transit modes in the future.However,the suspended monorail transit is still in the stage of exploration and research in China,which has not yet formed a unified standard,especially the lack of research on the parameters of the suspended monorail profile.As the key data in the whole rail transit construction,the parameters of the line profile directly affect the construction difficulty,project investment,passenger comfort,driving safety,etc.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the research on the parameters of the suspension monorail profile for promoting the development of the suspension Monorail in China.This paper refers to the methods of drawing up the parameters of the vertical section of the line in Railway Engineering,railway line selection design,urban rail transit line planning and design,code for design of metro,code for design of straddle type monorail transit.At the same time,combined with the data of the hanging type monorail test line and field test,the research on the parameters of the hanging type monorail vertical section are carried out.First of all,by comparing the similarities and differences between the suspension monorail and the traditional steel wheel rail vehicles,this paper makes clear the line profile parameters that the suspension monorail vehicles need to study.Then,this paper refers to the traditional railway vehicles and urban rail transit about the method of profile parameter formulation,and then according to the characteristics of the suspension rail transit,formulates the conditions that the parameters of each profile of the suspension monorail should meet,deduces the calculation formula of the parameters of each profile of the suspension Monorail,and reasonably selects the calculation parameters.Among them,the sources of calculation parameters include Chengdu suspension monorail test line,Shaanxi Hancheng suspension monorail test line,etc.at the same time,the acceleration test of Chongqing straddle monorail was carried out on the spot,and the measured data of vertical centrifugal acceleration of monorail vehicles were obtained.Finally,according to the calculation results,some suggestions are given for the maximum gradient,the minimum radius of vertical curve,the minimum gradient difference of setting vertical curve,the minimum length of vertical curve,the minimum length of straight section between vertical curves,the minimum slope length and the maximum slope length.The research results of this paper provide a more reasonable theoretical basis and data support for the parameter design of suspension monorail profile.
