Historical buildings are the effective witness of the vicissitudes of history,and it is of great significance to retain the original site and appearance.However,due to years of erosion,the structure of historical buildings is often damaged to varying degrees;in order to keep it as long as possible,it is necessary to find hidden dangers in time and guide repair scientifically.At present,the detection method of historical buildings is mainly manual inspection,and the real-time online monitoring has not yet involved the structure "bones",and the two have not been effectively combined,so the safety state assessment technology needs to be improved and improved.Traditional manual inspection mainly relies on human experience for evaluation,and the results are often rough.Therefore,more precise and reliable data should be provided as one of the evaluation basis combined with online monitoring.On the basis of manual inspection,this paper understands the form of structural damage,and then determines the structural parts that need to be focused on in historical buildings,and carries out on-line monitoring;through the C-Matrix method,the manual inspection and online monitoring are organically combined,and the historical building structure early warning and evaluation system is established based on HTML5.The specific research results are as follows:(1)Based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the target of historic buildings is layered,and then the risk matrix method is used to identify the risks.Finally,according to the experience of experts,the results that need to pay attention to the components are obtained.On this basis,the appropriate sensors are selected to establish the online monitoring system.Through the feasibility analysis,the organic combination of the two can achieve the effect of 1 + 1 > 2.(2)In order to improve the visualization of the evaluation system,the three-dimensional model plug-in of Guangxi Provincial Museum of art is established by using the Revit software,and the structural form of the historical building is restored 100%.The evaluation system is divided into five modules for development,which improves the working efficiency and improves the operation performance and expansibility of the system.For different system users,different operation permissions are set to ensure the system Security of the system.(3)According to the experience and the influence of members,the lowest member is divided into three grades;the maximum limit values of the strain in the middle span of the steel beam,the inclination angle of the steel column and the settlement of the masonry wall column are 1336.48με,respectively,382 ° and 10.696 mm,and the monitoring data is divided into three levels by setting the warning value and the maximum limit value;finally,the C-Matrix method is used to arrange and combine the manual inspection records and the online monitoring data to obtain seven progressive evaluation levels,which provides a precise and reliable basis for the evaluation work.(4)Based on the same evaluation results,the working efficiency of the monitoring system is 57% higher than that of manual inspection,and its time is shortened by nearly 3/5.Due to the temperature change of structural materials,the phenomenon of thermal expansion and cold contraction occurs,and the monitoring data changes synchronously.The monitoring system realizes the high-precision data tracking of structural changes,and the monitoring results are automatically judged by the system algorithm.At the same time,the monitoring results are displayed digitally to help the management and maintenance units better grasp the state of the building structure.Finally,the evaluation results of the combination of the two are detailed and comprehensive,which is in line with the actual security status of Guangxi Provincial Art Museum.The state evaluation system is reliable and effective,which verifies the practicability of the system.
