| With the continuous development of e-commerce,the development of the express delivery industry is developing by leaps and bounds.A large number of small and light express items have posed new challenges to various modes of transportation.At present,express items are mainly transported by road and air.The development of railway express transportation is slower than that of highway and aviation.The traditional railway freight transportation is aimed at “black goods”(bulky goods),but less for light and small “white goods”,resulting in the loss of a large number of goods with short delivery period,large batches and light quality.Therefore,in order to promote the development of high-speed rail express transportation and improve the market share of railway express transportation,it is of great significance to study the organization of high-speed rail express EMU.The main research contents of this paper include the following four aspects:1.Define the high-speed rail express EMU train and operation scheme,combine the development status of high-speed rail express transportation,analyze the factors that affect the operation of high-speed rail express EMU trains and goods category suitable for high-speed rail transportation.Comb the current applicable transport modes,analyze the characteristics and applicable scope of each transport mode,and study the carrying capacity of each transport mode.2.Analyze the four stages of the operation process under different operating modes,analyze the cross-interference between the streamline of express delivery at high-speed railway station and the high-speed rail passenger streamline,and make a qualitative analysis of the passenger impact of different transport modes.It is concluded that reserved carriage transport mode and piggybacking transport mode have more influence on passengers.3.Analyze the site selection method of the high-speed rail express network site and the calculation method of the high-speed rail express transportation demand between OD,establish an optimization model that meets the minimum transportation cost of main transport enterprises and the minimum passenger influence.Considers the constraints of train carrying capacity,section passing capacity,delivery time and express transportation volume,and design the solution algorithm.4.Taking the high-speed railway that has been in operation by the end of 2018 and the top 50 cities in the nation’s express delivery business as an example,establish first-level node transport network,determine the express transport demand of high-speed railway between first-level nodes and solve the model to get the initial train operation scheme collection between each first-level node,and get the final operation scheme after dynamic adjustment. |
