| Graphene ultra-light powder is a new kind of adsorption material.Its automatic packaging line design and system function simulation verification is an important basic work for the development of continuous microwave expansion integrated system of grapheme adsorption material.Graphene adsorption material automatic packaging line design includes: automatic feeding,automatic film delivery,packaging film molding,ultra-light powder filling,packaging bag longitudinal sealing and transverse sealing,and automatic cutting off of the oil absorption strip and other major packaging units design.Graphene adsorption material packaging line is an automatic packaging line which integrates mechanical design,pneumatic technology,sensor detection technology and automatic control technology.Based on the requirements for the application of oil spill emergency cleaning to the packaging size of the oil absorption strip and the automation level of the system,the overall scheme,mechanical structure and control system of the graphene adsorption material automatic packaging line must be fully designed,and the system function should be simulated and verified,so as to provide a scientific and feasible design scheme for the successful development of the packaging line in reality.In this paper,we had done the following work for designing the automatic packaging line of graphene adsorbent.The function and existing problems of the original graphene adsorption material packaging equipment of the company had been analyzed,and the design requirements and system function requirements of the new packaging equipment had been obtained.According to the process route of the oil absorbing strip,the entire graphene adsorption material automatic packaging system had been divided into feeding system,film delivery system,packing system,hot sealing and cutting system.The scheme design,structure design and key parts selection for each subsystem and virtual assembly of the entire packaging line in the three-dimensional software had been completed.The selection calculation of the cylinder and the theoretical analysis and calculation of the pneumatic control loop had been completed by studying the composition of the pneumatic system of the packaging line.The pneumatic control circuit design for the packaging line had been completed by studying the overall layout of the pneumatic system of the packaging line.Using PLC control technology and sensor detection technology,the control requirements of each functional module had been realized,including the selection of the sensor and the hardware composition of the whole control system.The program design of the control system had been completed by using Siemens PLC programming software STEP7,and the operation panel of the packaging machine and the upper computer monitoring interface had been designed according to the system function requirements.Using PLCSIM and Fluid SIM to complete the joint simulation of the system functions,the rationality and feasibility of the control system design had been verified,and the design of the actual packaging line had been provided with a scientific and feasible design scheme.Through the analysis of the reliability and practicability of the system,the comparison and analysis of the design effect and the innovative analysis of the equipment,the advantages of the automatic packaging line of the graphene adsorbents designed in this project had been summarized in the packaging speed,the packaging efficiency and the automation level of the equipment. |
