| In order to increase the available overload and reduce the overload response time of missiles,almost all of the current interceptor missiles adopt the pulse direct lateral force control technology,which can be divided into attitude control and rail control according to the different modes of the direct lateral force.The attitude control is controlled by the torque of the solid jet engine mounted on the head of the missile,which causes the missile to generate the attack angle and generate the lift force through the aerodynamic force to form overload.Rail control is to install a solid impulse engine near the center of mass,directly generate thrust,change the direction of flight.This paper takes a guided missile system as the research background,put forward the orbit control direct lateral thrust requirements based on the design of a direct lateral force of solid rocket engine using a new nozzle to unlock the device,and then studied the related technologies involved in the engine.The main aspects of the following research are carried out:(1)On the basis of analyzing a large number of relevant data at home and abroad,according to the overall design requirements of direct lateral force solid rocket motor,an overall engine scheme of multi nozzle connected combustion chamber was proposed innovatively,and several nozzles were distributed in a circumferential direction.The overall design of the direct lateral force solid rocket motor has been completed(2)Aiming at the important function of rapid opening of engine nozzle,the technology of quick opening nozzle driven by initiating explosive device is studied.According to the functional requirements,the design of the rapid opening device is innovatively carried out,the dynamic model of the device is established,and the feasibility of the scheme is illustrated by means of numerical simulation test.(3)Internal ballistic design of solid rocket motor with direct lateral force was carried out.According to the overall design index of the engine,the charge design of the engine is completed,and the internal ballistics of the engine is calculated.The results can meet the requirements of the overall design.(4)The structural design analysis,ignition design analysis and thermal protection analysis of the solid rocket motor with direct lateral force are studied.In this paper,the overall scheme of a direct lateral force solid rocket motor with a new type of nozzle release device is deeply analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent prototype trial and test run. |
