In recent years,as the country proposes to gradually establish a development model in which the central city leads the development of urban agglomerations and the urban agglomerations drive regions, the connections between regions are increasing, and the phenomenon of interregional commuting is increasing.Interregional buses serve as a link to regional integration and development, and bear most of the short-and medium-distance commuter passenger flows in adjacent areas.However,cross-regional buses are different from urban buses in that they have the characteristics of fewer bus lines, longer ride distance, longer time, and fewer station settings in the same area.In view of the opened cross-region bus lines, the key to improving the cross-region bus service capacity and passenger attraction is to optimize the cross-region bus departure interval.Compared with urban buses, their travel is special. The optimization method of urban bus departure interval is not enough to reflect the transportation characteristics of cross-region buses. Therefore,it is extremely important to analyze the optimization of inter-region bus departure intervals. How to improve the satisfaction of residents’ cross-regional bus travel under limited conditions can transport more passengers to ensure the operating income of the enterprise, and provide the necessary guarantee for promoting the regional integration of urban agglomerations. It will become a cross-regional bus development and planning Important direction. This article considers the correlation between the traveler’s choice of transportation mode based on travel satisfaction and corporate income, and builds a cross-region bus departure optimization model based on a twolevel programming model to optimize cross-region bus departure intervals to further improve cross-region bus services.Level.First,on the basis of summarizing relevant research at home and abroad, this article defines and classifies cross-regional buses, and compares them with conventional buses and other cross-regions in terms of service targets, operating scope, station settings, departure frequency, fares, and vehicle types.A comparative analysis of transportation modes is conducted to analyze the operating characteristics of cross-regional buses,so as to determine the functional positioning of cross-regional buses in the passenger transportation system.Secondly, starting from the basic method of determining the bus departure interval, analyze its influencing factors;describe the principles and objectives that should be followed for the optimization and optimization of cross-region bus departure intervals;study the methods and models that can be used for cross-region bus departure interval optimization Analyze its advantages and disadvantages, and determine that the model in this paper is a bi-level planning model from the perspective of public transport enterprises and travelers. Then, the upper-level planning model is constructed to maximize the enterprise’s income.Introduce taxi travel mode, and cross-regional bus to form a cross-regional travel traffic network, and build a lower-level model of route selection based on maximum satisfaction of different traffic modes. And designed the genetic algorithm of the bi-level programming model to solve. Finally,a known cross-region bus route is selected to verify the cross-region bus departure interval optimization model and solution algorithm proposed in this paper based on bi-level programming.MATALAB is used to solve the problem. The solution results verify the effectiveness of the method and model.
