Because of the complicated terrain and construction cost and other factors, mountainous highways will have many curved sections. In addition, the relevant regulations for the linear design of highways in China are relatively single, ignoring the differences in vehicle speed when driving on different curved sections. Therefore, the research done in this paper is based on the vehicle road factors and the actual situation of curved slopes,to conduct a comparative analysis of various factors affecting vehicle driving safety, and to solve the potential safety hazards in vehicle and road design through simulation. This paper first analyzes the force and stability of the vehicle ’s driving conditions on curved roads, slopes, and curved slopes, and obtains the corresponding vehicle safety speed model. Then, based on Trucksim software, the vehicle model and road environment model are reasonably established. As well as the driver’s model, the safe speed of curved sections was compared from the loading quality of the vehicle, the curve’s superelevation, the slope’s slope, and the road’s adhesion coefficient. The study found that when the load mass increased from 0T to 80 T on non-slope sections, its safe speed decreased from 83km/h to 59km/h,and the danger situation on the downhill sections was even greater, from 79km/h to 39km/h;with With the increase of the superelevation of the curve, the safe speed of the curve is gradually increased. The existence of the reverse superelevation seriously affects the threshold of the safety speed;in accordance with the relevant national standards, the slope of the same road changes from-6% to 6%.It’s safe speed increased from 87km/h to 97km/h,which does not mainly affect the safe speed of the vehicle. In comparison, the radius of the curve affects the safe speed of the vehicle;when the adhesion coefficient is lower than 0.6,the safe speed is accompanied by a coefficient It increases and increases, and basically increases linearly. When the road surface adhesion coefficient increases from 0.7,the safe vehicle speed remains unchanged. Finally, the existing road sections are studied and analyzed through example verification, and suggestions for improvement are given. The research methods and results of this paper can be applied to the detection of vehicle driving conditions, the calculation of road designers’ indicators when designing roads, and the differential speed limit of curved sections by managers to improve the current situation of safe driving on complex curved sections.Has practical value.
