In order to improve the efficiency and level of road transportation management,road transportation on supervision and service.According to the researches of Hangzhou,Ningbo and other cities’ advanced experience,through well communication with road transportation departments,law enforcement officers and transportation management departments.By cautious study,many attempts and modification and perfection,with the help of big data,Internet of things,new technologies,such as artificial intelligence,it aims to build Hohhot intelligent management of road transport platform.Through this platform,integrated the original system and established a unified data center.The data center collected and analysis related information about road transport to provide scientific evidence for management department of road transport.This article analyze Hohhot Intelligent management of Road Transportation From six aspects.According to the theory of new public management and sustainable development theory as the foundation,the advanced experience of domestic and international road transport management,with the method of comparative analysis,from the system function and practicability,the improvement of service level three aspects,this paper points out that Hohhot road transportation main problems of the management pattern and analyzes the main reason.This paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of implementing the intelligent management of road transportation administration in Hohhot and puts forward two goals of "supervision and service".From the road passenger transport and passenger depot management,cargo transportation and freight station field management,dangerous goods transport management,taxi and network management about car,motor vehicle driver training management,road transport administrative law enforcement management,it comes six aspects of Hohhot road transportation intelligent management platform.It aims to evaluate the management efficiency of the business,from policy,information technology,human,capital four aspects.It puts forward the measures to further optimize the management.The research of this paper comes a conclusion that intelligent management is the best way to improve road transportation supervision and service.It is effective to improve the management efficiency and level of road transportation administration departments.It also promotes the orderly and healthy development of road transportation industry.
