Abstract/Summary:
Dynamic vibration absorbers(DVA)are widely used in vibration control of mechanical engineering.Traditional dynamic vibration absorbers can only reduce the vibration of primary system in a narrow band,while adaptive dynamic vibration absorbers(ADVA)can effectively reduce the vibration of the primary system over a wider band by changing its parameters,which is widely used in the field of vibration control.In this thesis,a control strategy of variable mass adaptive dynamic vibration absorber(VM ADVA)based on fuzzy control principle is studied,and the performance of the control strategy is studied.This thesis will be discussed from the following aspects:1.On the basis of the single-degree-of-freedom system,the principle of dynamic vibration absorber with no damping,damping and damping in the primary system is studied.The parameters that affect the performance of the dynamic vibration absorber are analyzed.2.The model of VM ADVA is established,and the principle of operation and vibration attenuation performance of the VM ADVA are studied.Through the analysis of phase difference between the primary system and the vibration absorber,the phase difference between relative acceleration of the DVA and the absolute acceleration of the primary system be used to judge whether the natural frequency of the dynamic vibration absorber is equal to the excitation frequency.3.The control strategy of VM ADVA based on fuzzy control principle is designed.The control system of VM ADVA was established by MATLAB/Simulink,and the simulation study was carried out.The simulation results show that the control strategy designed in this thesis can make the natural frequency of the dynamic vibration absorber track the excitation frequency quickly and smoothly,which can effectively reduce the vibration of the primary system.4.The experimental platform of the VM ADVA’ control system is built.The vibration attenuation performance of the VM ADVA based on fuzzy control is studied.The experimental results show that the designed VM ADVA based on fuzzy control has a good performance in vibration control,which lays a foundation for the engineering application.
