With the continuous acceleration of the urbanization process in China,the population size and car quantity of each city are increasing year by year,which brings great pressure to the normal operation of urban traffic.In this context,the problem of traffic congestion gradually attracts attention,and cities choose to improve the increasingly prominent urban traffic congestion problem from the aspect of improving the utilization rate of road resources by building new traffic facilities or maintaining the existing infrastructure.However,in the construction area of urban road occupation,the vehicle’s lane changing operation environment will be more complex,and the lane changing process is more likely to produce traffic conflicts,bringing traffic safety hazards.Therefore,it is necessary to study the characteristics and operation mechanism of vehicle lane changing behavior in urban construction areas of road occupation,so as to provide solutions to urban traffic congestion.Firstly,the characteristics of urban road-occupying construction area and lane changing behavior are analyzed,and the road space,location,operation mode and construction time of the road-occupying construction area are classified and sorted out to determine the construction area type of the research section,and the traffic characteristics are analyzed from the three aspects of road,driver and vehicle operation.At the same time,the vehicle lane changing behavior is divided into two forms: forced lane changing and free lane changing.Second respectively for vehicles and drivers for video detection and survey,from on macroscopic quantification the lane changing characteristic of the vehicles,and combines the result of questionnaire survey,using the method of principal component analysis and cluster analysis to determine the driver style type and proportion,and the duration of lane changing,the vehicle speed change and lane changing position three Angle on the microcosmic analysis of the vehicle lane changing characteristics.Then,the applicability of the fuzzy control theory in describing the driver’s lane change decision-making process is clarified,and the model of forced lane change and free lane change in urban construction areas are constructed respectively,aiming at the shortcomings of the cellular automata model.In the model of forced lane change,the input is the lane change pressure of the target car and the intensity of the conflict with the vehicle immediately behind the target lane.In the model of free lane change,the input is the difference of the lane operating benefit and the distance between the vehicle immediately behind the target lane.The fuzzy lane change rule is finally output by establishing the corresponding membership function.Finally,considering the integrity of the simulation model based on fuzzy control theory to vehicle with chi was improved,and in combination with the macroscopic traffic flow data,using the MATLAB simulation platform,the urban roadway taking-up construction area vehicle lane-changing model built in this paper to carry on the simulation,and the simulation output of traffic volume,density,average speed and number of lane changing with the testing results of error analysis,verify the validity of the model.
