| In the 70 years since the founding of New China,China’s transportation industry has experienced a development process from "bottleneck restriction" to "preliminary relief" and then to "basic adaptation",which has basically formed a comprehensive transportation system mainly composed of railway,highway,waterway,civil aviation and other transportation modes,and has made historic achievements.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping made the first major decision for the construction of a powerful transportation country,and combine the exposition of the powerful network,the development of comprehensive transportation big data became the core content of transportation informatization.As an important part of the comprehensive transportation system,highway freight transportation is more urgent for its transportation information construction.Although the current highway freight volume in China meets the needs of investigation and statistics at the national macro level,there are deviations from the actual local freight transportation status at the regional micro level,so it is impossible to accurately calculate the contribution of the local highway transportation industry to the social and economic development.It is a long way to go to study the regional highway freight volume investigation and statistics.In this paper,through the comparative analysis of the current highway freight volume research,in order to accurately reflect the actual freight volume performance of the local roads in the prefecture-level administrative area,the concept of local-oriented freight volume is defined,and puts forward the theoretical method of local-oriented freight volume survey and statistics.Based on the theory of local-oriented freight volume,focusing on the construction of its survey statistical index system,using big data analysis thinking to collect and integrate multi-dimensional data to establish a multi-source basic data set,step by step to improve the processing and distribution process of transportation big data based on SQL Server and Trans CAD,Finally,based on the local-oriented freight volume theory,a freight traffic and freight turnover calculation model is proposed to complete the empirical research of the local-oriented freight volume on regional highway.Taking the highway in Ningbo area of Zhejiang Province as an example,this paper carries out the investigation,statistics,data processing and analysis of local-oriented freight volume,and put forward relevant suggestions suitable for the development of Ningbo’s cargo transportation.The research shows that: the volume of regional highway local-oriented freight covers all local cargo transportation objects in accordance with the principle of comprehensiveness,and accurately splits the actual transportation performance undertaken by the local highway,with a set of scientific,practical,accurate and economic statistical methods and freight volume calculation model system truly reflect the actual highway freight volume status in the local area,provide reliable data for the research and judgment of the local social and economic development situation,and actively promote the construction of a powerful transportation country and the development of big data for transportation,and further improve the investigation,it gives new practical significance to the investigation and statistical work of highway freight traffic in China. |
