The problems of energy consumption and air pollution brought about by the development of road traffic have become the focus of research in the field of transportation.Eco-driving has attracted the attention of many scholars at home and abroad because of its quick effect and low cost.With the development of road traffic,this concept has become an important measure for energy saving and emission reduction of road traffic.At present,the following problems still exist in the development of ecological driving: The evaluation indicators of ecological driving behavior mostly use fuel consumption as the evaluation indicator,and the emission indicators are rarely considered;the evaluation of ecological driving behavior often can only rely on some qualitative theoretical knowledge,only from One-sided evaluation of driving behavior can’t establish a comprehensive ecological driving behavior evaluation system,and due to the different driving styles of drivers,the complexity and uncertainty of road traffic make it difficult to make accurate judgments of ecological driving behavior;In the research of driving behavior evaluation,the bicycle is used as the starting point for evaluation,without considering the interaction of multiple vehicles.In response to the above problems,this article carried out the following research:First,based on the vehicle-mounted emission test,collect the measured emissions and driving behavior on the road every second.Taking into account the road type and traffic volume,the driving behavior data and the emission data are synchronized in time in seconds.From the four aspects of driving behavior operation intensity,driving mode duration,driving mode transfer frequency and vehicle performance,the driving behavior evaluation index is obtained,and the potential relationship between the driving behavior index and emissions is discussed based on factor analysis.Secondly,under the premise of factor analysis to extract important driving behavior evaluation indicators and distinguish ecological driving behavior based on factor comprehensive scores,this paper uses machine learning algorithms to establish based on logistic regression,naive Bayes,decision tree,support vector machine,BP The five driving behavior classification models of neural network to evaluate whether driving behavior is ecological.At the same time,adjust the model parameters for evaluating ecological driving behavior.Finally,the ecological driving behavior evaluation model established by using the decision tree was determined,and the model accuracy rate was 84.6%.Then,relying on the vehicle following model,an ecological driving behavior index system under the interaction of multiple vehicles is established.Collect actual road following data and use genetic algorithm to calibrate the following model parameters to ensure the consistency of simulation and actual road vehicle time and speed trajectory.It also proposes a method to quantify the duration of the car following state and the frequency of driving state transition,and the evaluation index of ecological driving behavior under multi-car interaction.Using the specific power-based emission model to calculate vehicle emissions,and comparing and analyzing the emission factors under different indicators,it is found that the vehicle has the smallest emission factor when approaching the driving state,and the greater the frequency of driving behavior operations,the greater the corresponding vehicle emission factor.Finally,an index system based on the concept of generalized ecological driving behavior is proposed,not only considering the driving behavior of the driver,but also considering the impact of the use of vehicle accessories,transportation planning,fuel selection,and vehicle load management on emissions.Combined with the comprehensive score of factors,a generalized ecological driving behavior index system is proposed,and a generalized ecological driving behavior evaluation model is established using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Based on the measured emission data and questionnaire data,a general ecological driving behavior evaluation was conducted for two drivers of different driving ages.The effectiveness of the evaluation method was verified,and the impact of driving behavior on vehicle emissions was comprehensively considered from multiple angles.The establishment of an ecological driving behavior evaluation system in this paper quantifies the relationship between driving behavior and emissions,and provides a scientific basis for the promotion and application of ecological driving behavior.
