| As a kind of equipment for heating and storing asphalt,asphalt tank is one of the important components of asphalt mixing plant.The environmental pollution and energy consumption problems of asphalt mixing plant can be effectively solved by using electric heating method to heat asphalt.However,due to the slow heating speed and high electric power match of electric heating,the overall power of asphalt mixing plant and the cost is increased.It is difficult to be widely used in China.Therefore,it is very important to reduce the installed power of the asphalt mixing plant by further research on the power configuration of the electric heating asphalt tank.First,the dissertation discusses the structural characteristics and working principle of horizontal and vertical electric heating asphalt tanks,analyzes the working characteristics of common electric heating tube,and studies the influence rules of asphalt physical properties,initial temperature,environment and insulation materials on the heating of electric heating asphalt tanks.According to the basic theory of heat transfer and the heat transfer characteristics of electric heating asphalt tank,the calculation model of heating power of asphalt tank is established,and the heating power of 80m~3 electric heating asphalt tank is estimated.The calculation results show that when the heating time is 10h,the heating power is 187k W.Secondly,Fluent software is used to simulate the unsteady heat transfer process of electric heated asphalt tank.The T-80 vertical electric heated asphalt tank of a municipal company is taken as the research object,and the variation law of temperature rise velocity of asphalt under different working conditions is analyzed.The results show that the temperature rise rate increases with the increase of initial temperature,insulation thickness and heating power.Finally,according to the characteristics of trapezoidal dynamic heating process and the power calculation model,the power matching optimization model of electric heating asphalt tank farm is established,and the optimization model is solved by MATLAB.Taking8 electric heating asphalt tanks equipped in a 5000 asphalt mixing station as the research object,the power matching scheme for the tank farm of the mixing station is optimally designed.The results show that on the premise of meeting the normal construction requirements of the mixing equipment,the tank farm configuration power obtained by the model is 6%lower and the heating time is 5.8%shorter than the expected results. |
