The prefabricated highway steel bridge is a standard bridge used to ensure the smooth passage of vehicles in special sections such as rivers,valleys and traffic barriers,and is used in road rescue and rapid erection of dangerous bridges.Compared with traditional concrete bridges,it has a simple structure and components The features of strong interchangeability,convenient disassembly and assembly,and high strength are a kind of bridge that the country vigorously promotes and applies.In the whole life cycle of the steel bridge,the service time is the longest.Due to the adverse effects of vehicle load,environmental erosion,material defects,and man-made damage,the coupling effect of the steel bridge will cause the structural performance and overall state of the steel bridge to decline continuously,which will seriously affect the operation of the steel bridge.Safety.In order to accurately monitor and evaluate the state of steel bridge during its operation and service period,this paper achieves the goal of intelligent and real-time status monitoring during the steel bridge by integrating and applying emerging technologies such as BIM,sensor technology,and JAVA.First,design the overall structure and functions of the steel bridge condition monitoring system,including the monitoring object layer,sensor layer,data network layer,and functional module layer,and arrange sensors such as temperature and deflection on the steel bridge to monitor each of the steel bridge operating states.The project conducts data collection and analysis to assess the status of the steel bridge.Secondly,the gray correlation analysis method is used to perform correlation analysis on the same type of sensor data with the same cross section,and the Deng’s correlation method is used to calculate the correlation between the reference data column and the comparison data column,set the data correlation threshold,and analyze the data series with low reliability,And locate the specific time period of the data column as an indicator of early warning of bridge status.Thirdly,the causes of steel bridge state degradation and the significance of steel bridge state prediction are analyzed,and the steel bridge state prediction modeling based on Markov model is constructed.According to the "road bridge technical condition assessment standard",the steel bridge state space is divided into 5 For each grade,the fuzzy evaluation method is used to calculate the steel bridge state distribution vector at time t,and the statistical method is used to calculate the steel bridge state transition probability matrix to obtain the steel bridge state prediction model for the future operation period.Finally,using Java Web technology,SQL Server database technology,etc.to build the steel bridge status monitoring system software,the sensor system module can view the data collected by the arranged sensors in real time,and the real-time status early warning module marks the threshold data as red,yellow,and green three-level early warning status It is convenient for the maintenance personnel to check the status of the steel bridge.The data management module includes real-time data and historical data to provide a reliable basis for the future maintenance of the same type of steel bridge.
