| Subcutaneous fat thickness is accepted as a body fat indicator because about 40 to60% of total body fat is in the subcutaneous regions.People’s body fat accumulation too much will lead to obesity,obesity will introduce a series of diseases such as hypertension,coronary heart disease.Because of the different distribution of visceral fat and subcutaneous fat in human body,there will be different risk of disease,so visceral fat and subcutaneous fat have important significance in the diagnosis of clinical diseases.The measurement of subcutaneous fat thickness can not only meet the health requirement,but also meet the special needs of public fitness and weight loss.According to the actual needs,this thesis designed an instrument for measuring subcutaneous fat thickness of human body based on ultrasound,designed the hardware circuit and software program,and conducted relevant experiments(hereinafter referred to as: the experimental prototype).The main research contents include the following aspects:(1)Based on the background and significance of the study,the structural characteristics of the subcutaneous tissue of human body were analyzed,and the common methods of measuring the subcutaneous fat content in human body at home and abroad were introduced.Finally,the pulse reflection method were used as the measurement principle.(2)Completed the experimental prototype of the hardware circuit design,included the choice of microcomputer and sensor,the ultrasonic probe were stimulated by a high voltage pulse to produce ultrasonic waves,the ultrasonic echo signal were amplified three times,and the microcontroller were triggered to interrupt,used thin film pressure sensor blow up pressure signal,the design of the power supply module,bluetooth module,display module.The hardware function of the experimental prototype were realized(3)This thesis introduced the compiling tool of the software,designed the function of the software,put forward the algorithm of measuring the thickness of human subcutaneous fat,completed the code,and realized the measurement function and display function.Finally,the results were verified by pork experiment,and the pressure threshold was determined.(4)The performance test.We made some tests about repeatability,stability,consistency,and test power consumption.The experimental prototype performance tests indicated that the experimental prototype had good repeatability,stability,consistency and low power consumption.We designed the shell of the experimental prototype and the transmission structure between the ultrasonic probe and the pressure sensor.Finally,the pressure applied by the ultrasonic probe was detected by the pressure film sensor.(5)This paper introduced the experimental design,experimental principles and experimental instruments.The accuracy of the experimental prototype in measuring the thickness of human subcutaneous fat was analyzed.Finally,the subcutaneous fat thickness of different BMI groups was statistically analyzed. |
