| In the process of excavation,TBM may pass through different types of surrounding rock.And under different surrounding rock,it is necessary to select appropriate operation parameters for excavation.At present,TBM operation parameters are mainly determined by operators,who adjust the operation parameters according to the load data returned by sensors.When surrounding rock changes,if the operator does not find out and adjust the operation parameters in time,it may cause the TBM unable to fit current rock,or even cause the consequences such as machine jamming.The main reason is the lack of surrounding rock type identification and operation parameter decision-making methods.In this paper,based on the engineering data of tbm3 section of Jilin Yinsong Project,the relationship among TBM operation parameters,driving load and surrounding rock type is analyzed,a surrounding rock type identification model based on random forest algorithm is established,further an operation parameter decision model based on summarized artificial experience is established,preliminarily realized intelligent decision-making of TBM operation parameters,and finally a surrounding rock type identification and operation parameter decision system is designed and implemented.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Analyzing the data characteristics of Jilin Yinsong Project,importing the data into the database and cleaning the data,analyzing the relationship among the TBM operation parameters,driving load and the type of surrounding rock.(2)Using the classifier based on the random forest algorithm to learn the data,taking the operation parameters and driving load as the input and the surrounding rock type as the output,a surrounding rock classification recognition model is established.(3)Studying the decision-making rules of artificial operation parameters under different surrounding rock types and making a summary of them,a decision-making model of basic operation parameters is established,preliminarily realized intelligent decision-making of TBM operation parameters.(4)A system of surrounding rock type identification and operation parameter decisionmaking is designed and implemented based on python programming language. |
