Due to the limited energy carried by the UAV airborne battery itself,it seriously affects its performance.In order to improve its endurance,laser wireless power supply technology has been paid attention to.Using laser wireless energy supply technology to provide realtime energy to the UAV can greatly improve the life time and distance of the UAV.At the same time,in special tasks such as mission detection and information collection,drones usually need to cooperate in the form of clusters to complete the tasks,ensuring that the energy supply of the UAV cluster is sufficient to complete the task.Firstly,this paper introduces the laser wireless transmission technology,UAV ground tracking control system and the photoelectric conversion system on the airborne side.The importance of applying the maximum power point tracking method to optimize the photoelectric conversion efficiency in the UAV photoelectric conversion module is described.The principle of the maximum power point tracking method is introduced in detail.At the same time,several typical maximum power tracking methods are introduced and compared,which pave the way for the optimization of UAV transmission efficiency.Then,in order to improve the conversion efficiency of laser powered UAV,a new maximum power point tracking method based on constant voltage method(CV)and firefly algorithm(FA)is proposed.When charging,firstly,CV method is used to track the maximum power point quickly.When the external conditions change,FA control algorithm is used to precisely control and maintain the maximum power output during charging,so as to improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of UAV laser wireless charging,which paves the way for the optimization of wireless charging scheduling strategy of laser powered UAV cluster.The simulation model of maximum power point tracking is built in Matlab/Simulink software,and the validity and feasibility of the control algorithm is verified.At last,starting with the charging model of the laser powered UAV cluster,the constraints and performance indexes of the charging network of the UAV cluster are analyzed,and the charging network model of the UAV cluster is obtained.At the same time,aiming at minimizing the charging delay time CL of UAV cluster and taking the charging time sequence table of UAV cluster as the output,a charging scheduling strategy of UAV cluster based on gravity search algorithm(GSA)is proposed.A new fitness function based on CL is constructed to output the charging time sequence table of UAV cluster.By using the simulation analysis of MATLAB/Simulink simulation software,it is verified that the scheduling strategy can obtain the minimum charging delay time when the UAV cluster is charging,ensure the survival rate of the UAV cluster,and improve the endurance of the UAV cluster.
