| The development of mixed ownership economy plays a very important role in China’s economic development.With the arrival of the 3.0 era of mixed ownership economy,the government has put forward new requirements for the development of state-owned economy.In order to accelerate the speed of state-owned enterprise reform and deepen the significance of state-owned enterprise reform,the key is to solve the problem of the governance structure of mixed ownership enterprises.With the implementation of mixed ownership reform in state-owned enterprises,there are obvious problems in corporate governance.The ownership structure is the basis of corporate governance,and changes in the ownership structure affect the enterprise’s operating performance.Therefore,to solve the problem of the governance structure of mixed-ownership enterprises,we must pay attention to changes in the ownership structure of state-owned enterprises,the reasonable change can bring positive effect,improve operating performance,and enable the stable development of state-owned enterprises,which is conducive to the healthy development of the national economy.In short,it is of great significance for the development of market economy to study the impact of changes in state-owned enterprise ownership structure on operating performance under the background of mixed ownership.This paper studies the analysis of operating performance of state-owned enterprises’ ownership structure adjustment under the background of mixed ownership.First,understand the current situation of the mixed ownership economy and development process,briefly summarize the concepts of ownership structure and operating performance,and the theoretical basis related to both.Secondly,sort out the background and development process of mixed ownership,analyze the relationship between the ownership structure and operating performance,and make a foundation for below.In the process of sorting out the development process of mixed ownership,we can see that the current mixed ownership development form has new requirements for the corporate governance structure of stateowned enterprises.At present,there are some problems that need to be solved of stateowned enterprises’ ownership structure adjustment under the background of mixed ownership,such as the absolute holding of state-owned shares,a low degree of ownership balance,and a single structure,at the corporate governance level,the level of corporategovernance and corporate performance need to be improved.Thirdly,through sorting,Gree Electric Appliances was selected as the research object,the changes in Gree’s ownership structure were analyzed,and the impact of equity structure adjustment on operating performance was studied,so as to summarize the reasonable adjustment plan for the process of mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises.Based on the analysis of Gree’s ownership structure adjustment process,the market analysis of ownership structure adjustment,and the performance analysis and comparative analysis of ownership structure adjustment,this paper studies whether the adjustment of ownership structure has a positive effect on operating performance,according to the enlightenment of the research results,summarize the positive or negative effects in the process of ownership structure adjustment,the methods to promote the company’s operating performance,and the methods that can be used for reference in the mixed ownership reform of other state-owned enterprises.Finally,from the above summary,put forward reasonable suggestions to optimize the ownership structure to improve the operating performance:1.Promote the reform of mixed ownership of subsidiaries and parent companies;2.Adjust the company’s ownership structure reasonably;3.Arrange the equity incentive mechanism reasonably. |
