With the arrival of the decisive year of completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects and the battle against poverty,China’s urbanization level has been further improved,which also makes the traffic problem in large and medium-sized cities much more serious.Nowadays,although the urban public transport system is developing day by day,the existing organizational forms of various types of urban public transport still need to be further improved.Therefore,this paper further explores the shortcomings of the existing public transport system,proposes a concept of Semi-Customized Bus System from the perspective of Demand Response Transit and Customized Bus System,and studies the Station Location and Route Design of this Semi-Customized Bus System.The main contents of this paper are as follows.First,in the paper,we analyze the status quo of Demand Response Transit and Customized Bus System at home and abroad,and analyze the existing problems,and clarify the significance and purpose of this paper.Through reading a large number of literatures,we put forward the relevant theories of Semi-Customized Bus,summarize its key elements,and design the corresponding Semi-Customized Bus System.Second,for the station location,the service stations are divided into fixed stations and random stations.We design station location method,and design fixed station location method based on DBSCAN and K-means hybrid algorithm,and design random station location method based on passages’ demand information and POI.In Dalian high-tech zone,we regard the area near the Qixianling Rail Transit Hub Station as the research area,we carry out the case and study the station location,and propose a solution to the problem of service station location of Semi-Customized Bus System.Third,we study the route design of the Semi-Customized Bus System.We build a mixed integer model for the route design of the Semi-Customized Bus System,and We design a case to verify the model.We use the YALMIP toolbox in MATLAB software to call the CPLEX software to solve the example by exact algorithm,which proves the reliability of the route design model for Semi-Customized Bus.Therefore,we provide a route design model for Semi-Customized Bus System in this paper.
