With the acceleration of urbanization in China and the rapid development of social economy, traffic congestion in cities has become a very serious social problem, which has greatly hindered the healthy development of urban transportation.Compared with cars, urban public transport with large traffic volume, relatively small road resource occupation, and high right of way has become the main control method to alleviate traffic congestion and promote the intensive use of urban land.To meet the requirements of service level, formulating a more scientific and reasonable bus dispatch system has become an important issue in the current field of bus operations. At present, most of the researches on bus dispatch in China are to optimize the departure frequency for the defects of the timetable. In the optimization process, the speed is generally considered to be a fixed speed or there is no discussion about the speed. In the research process, this paper fully considers the impact of the number of passengers waiting at the station on vehicle speed, and incorporates the time-varying speed of bus operation into the bus dispatch optimization model.Through modern information technology,real-time waiting for passengers and real-time bus operation are realized. The accurate identification of the system, and a scientific and reasonable calculation method, and a real-time bus dispatching scheme that considers time-varying speed are formulated, which have important practical significance for the current real-time bus dispatching research in China.First of all,in-depth understanding of domestic and foreign scholars’ research on bus dispatch methods, the concept types, formal principles, basis and influencing factors of bus dispatch are discussed. The current status of bus dispatch and its existing problems are systematically analyzed.Foundation.Secondly,combined with the characteristics of real-time bus dispatching, the relevant factors of real-time bus dispatching and real-time bus dispatching strategy are analyzed, and the collection methods of passenger basic information, the release content, transmission methods and release methods of dynamic information are discussed.Information technology has completed the design of the real-time bus dispatching system in this paper. Then, based on the user-optimized and system-optimized situations, the real-time bus dispatch model was constructed considering the passenger waiting time cost, passenger ride time cost, vehicle running time cost, and vehicle running time varying speed, and the ant was selected. The group algorithm solves the constructed model. Finally, according to the actual operation of the bus, specific calculation examples are designed to verify the established model. The ant colony algorithm is used to calculate the various indicators of vehicle operation when using the intelligent bus scheduling system designed in this paper that considers time-varying speed and under the same situation when using fixed speed. The results show that the real-time bus scheduling system designed in this paper can effectively reduce the system The total cost further proves the effectiveness of the model. The real-time bus scheduling method based on time-varying speed proposed in this paper fully considers the actual needs of passengers, and enables the bus system to more accurately understand the real-time bus situation of passengers, and allows passengers to more accurately understand the actual situation of bus vehicles. It satisfies the common interests of passengers and bus companies, and is in line with the intelligent development direction of modern buses. It provides a certain theoretical basis for the construction of real-time bus dispatching systems and reflects the research value of this article.
