| With the increasing material demand of Chinese people,people have high requirements for the speed and comfort of vehicles,especially for the comfort of highspeed trains.The noise produced by high-speed train is the most intuitive feeling when riding high-speed railway.In this paper,the energy finite element model of high-speed train pantograph car is established,and the interior noise is simulated and analyzed by using the energy finite element method.Firstly,according to the field experimental data,the external excitation source,the structure loss factor and the sound absorption coefficient of the cavity required by the simulation model are obtained.Firstly,a simple cylinder energy finite element model(EFEA)is established to verify the superiority of efea method.Then the energy finite element model of pantograph car is established.The structure of pantograph car is refined,and the equivalent models of side wall,floor and other modules are made respectively.The equivalent floor and other result files are imported into hyperview,and the modal shapes obtained from the simulation of each module in the original state are compared with the equivalent modal shapes,and the difference is controlled at about 10%.Finally,the output and verification results are obtained.Use Pro / E(three-dimensional solid modeling software)to make solid modeling for each module,and then import the generated three-dimensional solid model into Hyper Mesh software for pre-processing and mesh generation.After the car body grid is divided,preprocessing is carried out in NASTRAN efea module,and simulation parameters are applied to the simulation car body model in pre efea module,including load,cavity loss factor,reverberation energy,etc.Finally,the efea model is calculated.The efea results of the simulation model are obtained through the model post-processing steps.Finally,the sea model of the same vehicle type is constructed,and the same excitation and load as efea model is applied to the sea model.Then,the simulation analysis value of the interior noise of the energy finite element method,the calculation result of the sea modeling and the actual test value are analyzed and compared,which proves the feasibility of efea method in the interior noise simulation of high-speed train,and analyzes the shortcomings and advantages of the energy finite element method.The improvement direction of energy finite element method is proposed.There are 53 pictures,14 tables and 61 references. |
