China is a large country with a population of 1.3 billion.With such a large population,agriculture plays a very important role.China has the following titles:Big Grain Producing Country,Large Grain Consuming and Reserve Country.In the granary,the delivery of grain,our country has mainly used by manpower,littly used Auxiliary Machinery Tools.The cost of transport of grain granary and labor intensity,is always too more.In this paper,an intelligent transportation system for small-scale granary is designed,which is based on the basic idea of industrial control.The system uses PLC(programmable controller)as the main control,conveyor belt as the executive mechanism,frequency converter as the "bridge",touch screen as the "window",and other devices as hardware.Using "ladder diagram" to write the program,according to different grain varieties of grain identification,sorting and transportation storage,is the function and achieve intelligent granary transportation.The functions of the intelligent granary delivery system can be divided into automatic and manual modes.In the automatic mode,the intelligent granary of different grain sorting and classification storage is stored and operated,and the alarm signal is issued when the grain is short or unqualified.In manual mode,it can realize the manual control of feeding part,handling part and sorting and conveying,which is convenient for system debugging and fault detection.This design divides into two major parts:the hardware and the software.The first part uses PLC as the main controller,the touch screen as the analog interface,and the motor as the transportation power.A variety of sensors are selected as the part of signal acquisition and recognition.For the last part,the design used two kinds:GX Developer(ladder diagram design)and Kingo(configuration design).The design is divided into two parts:Hardware and software.The hardware part of the circuit uses Programmable logic controller as the main controller,the touch screen as the man machine interface,and the three phase asynchronous motor as the power part.A variety of sensors are selected as the part of signal acquisition and recognition.In the software part,Mitsubishi GX is used to complete the program design of PLC programmable controller,and Kingo software of Buke is used to complete the configuration design of touch screen.Through the system design and testing,this paper provides a solution to the problem.The system is universal and has good adaptability.It can be widely used in all kinds of grain storage and transportation systems.
