In today’s world’s railway industry,heavy-duty transportation is the main direction of freight development.The requirements for heavy-duty transportation vehicles are constantly increasing.It is necessary to reduce the weight of the vehicle,increase the load,and ensure the safety and reliability of heavy-duty transportation vehicles.Sex.For heavy-duty vehicles,the influence of the elastic deformation of the load-bearing structure on the vibration characteristics of the vehicle system cannot be ignored.Therefore,it is necessary to introduce the rigid-flexible coupling multi-body dynamics theory into the vehicle system to analyze and consider the influence of the load-bearing structure elastic vibration.This article takes the large-axle heavy ore car exported to Australia as the research object,taking into account the elastic deformation of the car body,establishes a rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model to perform a dynamic analysis on the ore car,and obtains the main fatigue load of the car body.And based on the quasi-static method to predict the fatigue life of the car body.First,based on the multi-body dynamics theory,combined with the main technical parameters of the ore car,comprehensively considering the vibration factors during the operation of the vehicle system,the model is simplified,and the multi-body dynamics software SIMPACK is used to establish the multi-rigid body dynamic model of the ore car.Secondly,based on the finite element theory,the three-dimensional geometric model of the car body of the ore car is finite element discretized to establish the finite element model of the car body;based on the substructure analysis method,the finite element model of the car body is analyzed by the finite element analysis software ANSYS After processing,the modal set of the car body structure with reduced main degrees of freedom is obtained,and the rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of the ore car is established.Using the five-level spectrum of track irregularities in the United States as the disturbance,the ore car dynamics model was simulated and analyzed under different operating conditions.Finally,according to the relevant standard TB1335-1996 of railway vehicle strength design,combined with the actual situation of the car body,the static strength analysis of the ore car body under different load conditions is carried out;the main fatigue load of the car body is obtained by using the dynamic simulation analysis method,Based on the quasi-static method to obtain the stress time history of each node of the car body,using the rain flow counting method to carry out random characteristic statistics of the stress time history of the node,and finally based on the SN curve recommended by the BS7608 standard and Miner linear cumulative damage theory The fatigue life of the body was calculated.
