In modern industrial production,equipment is the main body and lifeline of an enterprise’s life,so equipment failure diagnosis is often regarded as the top priority by enterprises.In recent years,with the continuous maturity of cloud computing technology,the in-depth combination of equipment fault diagnosis and cloud computing technology has gradually become the general trend.Cloud service-based equipment monitoring and fault diagnosis systems are usually human-driven,using computer hardware,software,network communication equipment,cloud servers,cloud databases,and other office equipment to monitor,collect,transmit,and store data.The analysis of the data can find the faults during the operation of the equipment as soon as possible,and eliminate potential safety hazards in time to achieve the purpose of ensuring the safe operation of the equipment.This paper designs a device monitoring and fault diagnosis system based on cloud services,with the rolling bearing of the rotating device as the monitoring object,and the Alibaba Cloud server as the main platform,using the B / S structure mode,users can easily and quickly access through the mobile terminal and PC terminal.The fault diagnosis system mainly uses the SpringBoot framework,which is relatively mature in technology and widely used.As a microservice development framework,using SpringBoot can quickly build a distributed system.At the same time,it can also customize a system that meets the actual business scenario for users.Professional customization is required,which greatly reduces unnecessary waste and saves costs.The main content displayed on the human-computer interaction page includes the speed and acceleration spectrum of the bearing of the device,the envelope time domain waveform,and the envelope frequency domain waveform.Combined with international standards for fault diagnosis,it can be judged whether a fault has occurred,and the severity of the fault can be judged.When it is determined that the fault occurs,an alarm signal is generated to the user interface to achieve the purpose of fault diagnosis.At the same time,the system supports uploading and downloading of fault information.By connecting with the expert system,the fault can be further analyzed and processed.Deploy the fault diagnosis system to the Alibaba Cloud server for debugging and tuning.The system graphic display is clear,the data analysis is reasonable and correct,and the function is practical and comprehensive.It has been verified that the equipment monitoring and fault diagnosis system can timely and effectively discover potential faults in the operation of the equipment.The initial faults have proved that the fault diagnosis system can play an effective role in the production and operation of enterprise equipment.
