| Wind turbine structure of high strength bolt is the important part of the variable propeller system,in the work at the same time carry axial load,radial load and turning torque load cases,the influence of complex and poor working conditions,so it is necessary for the fan through analyzing structure of high strength bolt,as to provide theoretical basis for its reliable operation and support.In this paper,the performance of high-strength bolt screw joint is studied by using the method of finite element simulation,engineering calculation and experiment,and a new anti-loosening measure is put forward.In this paper,combining with the existing experimental equipment,the simulation experiment of bolt stress and deformation law is completed and the theoretical calculation is carried out according to the parameters of the experimental bench.The finite element model of the experimental platform was established synchronously,and the results of the three experiments were compared to verify the feasibility of the finite element software ABAQUS to study the bolt connection performance.According to the mechanical design theory and the high-strength bolt connection theory of VDI2230,the force analysis of the bolt group was carried out to determine the most dangerous working condition,the single bolt with the largest stress and the value range of the preload force,and the bolt strength was checked to provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent finite element analysis.Finite element software ABAQUS was used to conduct static analysis of the single bolt with the maximum stress under the most dangerous working conditions,and the stress distribution of the bolt under preload and load was observed.At the same time,the washer material was replaced to study the effect of washer material on bolt performance.In this paper,a new type of locknut from abroad is studied in detail.The static simulation analysis of the locknut is carried out by the finite element software to verify the locknut’s locknut performance and the factors affecting the locknut’s locknut performance are studied.It provides a reference scheme for the application of the nut in bearing coupling of 2MW fan variable propeller.The results of this paper show that the deviations of finite element simulation results,experimental results and theoretical calculation results are not large,and the finite element software ABAQUS is feasible to study the performance of screw joint.Under different working conditions,there is obvious stress concentration at the root of the screw thread.When the washer with small elastic modulus is used,the stiffness of the bolt system is reduced,which is conducive to improving the strength of the bolt connection,and the effect ismore obvious when the stiffness of the bolt itself is large.Under the same condition,the new nut has better anti-loosening performance than the ordinary nut,and the eccentricity and taper of the nut have an effect on the anti-loosening performance.These conclusions are of great significance to prevent the failure of high-strength bolts in fan system and to improve the safety and stability of the whole machine. |
