At present,China’s railway industry is in a stage of rapid development.Therefore,the safety of railway transportation is crucial.Turnouts,as a key equipment of the railway system,turnouts switch safety is the key to ensuring the safety of railway transportation.Every time it snows in winter,snow and melted snow water freeze near the turnout,resulting in the turnout not turning normally.Traditional snow removal methods of the turnout not only waste a lot of manpower and material resources,but also have low efficiency,and personal safety cannot be guaranteed.Therefore,it is imperative to develop a highly efficient and highly automated turnout snow melting system.This paper has designed a snowmelt control and management system that can be automatically controlled according to rail temperature and snow conditions.First of all,by comparing and analyzing the functional features of the automatic turnout snow melting control system widely used at home and abroad,the basic structure and composition design of the turnout snow melting system are completed,and the entire snow melting system is divided into information collection management subsystem and monitoring management subsystem according to its work flow.The information collection and management subsystem includes three parts: snow depth sensor information collection module,rail temperature sensor information collection module and image information collection module.The snow depth information collection module uses the SHM30 snow depth sensor to collect a series of snow depth data based on the physical principle of laser ranging.The rail temperature information collection module adopts the digital temperature sensor DS18B20 of American Dallas Semiconductor Company to collect the rail temperature in real time.Secondly,the data filtering algorithm is used to filter the collected snow depth data and rail temperature data.A fuzzy decision method is used to construct a data filtering model,and a threshold test is used to filter the data and generate a filtering algorithm.The algorithm filters multiple monitoring data collected every minute according to the set filtering rules,excludes outliers,and obtains the effective value of the minute to ensure the accuracy of the system operation.Finally,through the structural design and functional requirements analysis of the system,the program panel and user interface are designed in the LabVIEW development environment,and the related functions required by the turnout snow melting control system are realized.Through the analysis of the operation experiment results,it is verified that the snow melting system can basically realize the automatic heating of the turnouts according to the data monitoring conditions to remove the snow,and at the same time,it can also ensure that the switch control of the turnouts not affected by the environment to the greatest extent.At the same time,it also reduces the heating time from a whole day to a few hours,thereby reducing the loss of heating elements and improving the utilization rate of the heating system,providing a reference for the development and optimization of the automatic snow melting heating control system for high-speed railways in the future. |
