With the rapid development of China’s electrified railways,traction converters have been widely used.At the same time,it is also developing in the direction of high power,complete regulation performance and no electromagnetic interference.The safety and reliability of the traction converter have also received much attention.The conducted interference signal and the radiated interference signal generated by the traction converter of the rail train will seriously reduce the performance of the traction converter itself,and also bring serious harm to various types of equipment around.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the filtering and electromagnetic compatibility design technology of the traction converter.This article takes the traction converter of an international rail train as the research object,first introduces the research status of the traction converter filter circuit;the research status of the interference signal in the traction converter;then analyzes the electromagnetic interference mechanism of the traction converter.According to the design of the filter circuit of this international rail train traction converter,the common mode choke filter circuit,the common mode capacitor filter circuit and the differential mode capacitor filter circuit are designed according to the characteristics of conducted interference.According to the radiation emission characteristics of the traction converter,a sinusoidal filter circuit is designed.When designing the filter circuit,use MATLAB software to verify the characteristics of electronic components,and then add the designed filter circuit to the main circuit of the traction converter,and use ANASYS / Simplorer to perform circuit simulation calculation.At the same time,the time domain signal is extracted,and then the obtained time domain signal is subjected to Fourier transform through Origin 2017 software to obtain the frequency domain signal and do spectrum analysis.Compare the spectral data before and after filtering to obtain the insertion loss of the filter circuit.Finally,all the designed filter circuits are added to the main circuit of the traction converter at the same time,and the circuit simulation calculation and the three-dimensional model radiation emission simulation calculation are performed respectively.At the same time,analyze and compare the measured data of the DC side voltage source of the traction converter,and use it as an excitation source to verify the characteristics of the filter circuit.In the end,the effective filter circuit design can fundamentally solve the conduction interference and radiated interference of the traction converter,and prove the feasibility of the filter circuit and electromagnetic compatibility design,which can be applied in actual engineering design.The research content of this paper not only provides a feasible theoretical guide for the filter circuit of the traction converter,but also starts with the filter circuit to solve the problem of radiated emission from the traction converter.It has certain guidance and referencesignificance for the filter design and electromagnetic compatibility design of the traction converter of rail trains.
