In recent years,with the continuous warming of the construction industry in China,more and more green new building materials have been invested in and applied in the construction market,and as a very important component of building materials--wall and wall panel materials.Its development direction has also gradually moved closer to green,energy conservation,environmental protection and the economy.The development of new types of environmentally-friendly wallboards is in line with the trend of modernization of the construction industry,and they are used as wall materials through the conversion and recycling of industrial waste slag,desulfurized gypsum,fly ash,slag and other resources.It not only has the advantages of green,safe and convenient,but also can make waste materials recycle and reduce the economic cost of building materials.Based on the market research of construction industry and related literature collection and reading,this paper summarizes and analyzes the development and application status of Wall separation materials at home and abroad,and compares the advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of Wall basic materials commonly used in China.After comparison,a composite structure with gypsum as base material and polystyrene particles as core material was selected as the material form of the partition strip.On this basis,the main research contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)to design the basic structure and dimensions of the selected partition board;The material selected for the composition of panel and core material was studied experimentally.(2)Combining the basic properties of the gypsum substrate and the related materials of the core of the poly benzene particles,the inner core of the partition material is designed to match the core ratio;The basic form of the gypsum base panel layer was chosen,and the process of making the panel was further analyzed.(3)The gypsum based polystyrene pellet core and gypsum panel will be recombined as required,and a series of physical performance tests will be carried out on the wall panel material produced.Including stability,flatness,bending performance,compressive strength,softening performance,impact resistance,hanging force and thermal conductivity,the test results can be obtained: The performance of the wall material designed by this test can meet the relevant standards,and the economy is better.Some of the physical and mechanical properties are even better than the standard requirements,in line with China’s current promotion of green environmental protection building materials development direction.(4)Based on the plate formula selected in this topic,the wall panel was made,and combined with the installation and construction process of the inner wall panel of a building in Tianjin,it was considered that the gypsy-based polystyrene pellet sandwich light wall panel had excellent performance in all aspects and had good applicability.(5)Through the comparison of several common partition materials under the same performance conditions,it was found that the selected lightweight partition board has the best economic performance and has a very high value for money.It should be promoted and used.
